lowering the weight and increasing time under tension has given me the foundation for stronger back. I am a 5x5 guy but if something is not catching up, doing 3x12 and beating the muscles (instead of nervous system) help.

both of our arguments are like chicken and egg dilemma. none of us can win. you need to be ground and know what to do. can't do without one.

You can know what to do but can't put it into practice if you are nervous as fuck.

look up elliott hulse's videos on breathing and meditation. he talks about physical aspects of your problem. also look up RSDTyler's video on meditation for the mental aspects of your problem.

Try pomodoro method. It's basically reading for 20 minutes and taking a break for 10. And a longer break after 4 sessions of reading/working. think of it like sets and reps when you lift. also, it's never bad to go back and read over and over if you need to.

I used to be like you. Whenever you feel nervous, remember that you're not in physical danger. You will survive that. Some dude's power play won't hurt you. Just take a deep breath and move on. Whatever it is, it is not worth getting anxious.

what TRP and religion have in common is that both is about power. One tells us to raise our SMV to live a better life and benefit ourselves. The other tells us what to do to benefit "the creator". The creator happens to be power hungry and wants complete domination. So convenient, isn't it?

Time to go work on PUA stuff then. They seem to have the vibe and flow right.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
