| 1 | Evidence that further state support for "families" does not encourage a growing population: many men in Germany say ideal family size is zeroGermany is famous for being consistently in violation of the treaty. It 's really shocking. I'm not a father's rights activist or anything like that. I sure some moms are right to minimize kids' contact with dad. But Germany has a legal doctrine that makes it impossible even for the best dad to have any real contact with their children. | /r/TheRedPill | 22/08/13 02:06 AM |
| 1 | Evidence that further state support for "families" does not encourage a growing population: many men in Germany say ideal family size is zeroNo, you're wrong. I know a well off, well-lawyered American guy in this situation. He has a US judgment against the German mom and an arrangement in Germany that sounds OK on paper, but he has no ability whatsoever to get Germany to get the mom to stick to the terms of the arrangement. He can't even talk to the kids on the phone or send them presents. | /r/TheRedPill | 21/08/13 06:25 AM |

| 0 | Evidence that further state support for "families" does not encourage a growing population: many men in Germany say ideal family size is zeroSorry; I posted something similar before seeing this. I know a guy involved in a divorce with a German woman, and the divorce laws in Germany are truly evil. The moms can easily shut out the dads completely. I thought the guy was exaggerating when he told me about it, so I can see folks here might be skeptical, but German family law is nuts. | /r/TheRedPill | 21/08/13 06:18 AM |
| 7 | Evidence that further state support for "families" does not encourage a growing population: many men in Germany say ideal family size is zeroI have two X chromosomes. I think of myself as a feminist. But Germany is truly insanely biased against divorced fathers. The country lets moms who broke up with the dads and aren't even alleging abuse to pretty much cut off ties between the kids and the fathers. I know a father in that kind of situation who, in practice, can't even send his kids Christmas cards. Hearing his story pretty much makes me hate the German family courts. | /r/TheRedPill | 21/08/13 06:15 AM |
