I'm from Moscow. Got mine done for 1500$. IDK about getting one in Thailand, if there are some good doctors, then why not? But then again, Thailand doesn't seem like a medicaly developed country to me. Google is your best friend here. My only advice is -- look for a doctor who specializes in gyno, not just a general surgeon

Literally got my surgery 1 week ago. Do it man, 100% worth it. If you get a good doctor, you'll feel good in 3-4 days, and can be back in the gym after 4 weeks.

Nah, getting "jacked" is not sustainable for long. Looking for something that can become a part of my life that i enjoy. So far martial arts (boxing or bjj) seem like a great choice, just wanted to know the communities thoughts on the subject since lifting is kinda the holy grail

With all due respect, you do need a father figure and a mother figure to grow up as a healthy individual. Example? Most good girls with least red flags come from conservative families where there is a dominant father figure and a supporting mother. Most criminals however come from broken and non existent families. So I'm gonna enjoy the decline of society, but my kids don't need to suffer
