I'd say strict military press tbh. More versatile plus good carry over to human flag which is practically the most beast bodyweight exercise. Seat shoulder press is nice for it's own reasons aka pushing more weight, but most of it is coming from legs also. EDIT: Now I know why you include the power clean and seated shoulder press now. Kind of incorporates both elements.

Yeah it's not easy if you were into the girl before she said, ''oh I've done threesomes with guys''. I would try to slowly remove her from my life I.E stop contact, avoid when possible then hopefully she'll get the message. She doesn't sound like LTR material considering she's already dipped her toe into polyamory.

To put it quite frankly there's no point entering an LTR if you can't get over the partners high body count (also red flag). Especially if she doesn't treat you like you're an alpha i.e giving you the things you want. You simply have to move on because if she's had a threesome that's just a huge red flag if you care about monogamy. This is the struggle in 2020. Keep self improving oneself and look forward to your future i.e 30's and after. Who cares about this girl when there'll always be women …

Problems men face due to society's expectation is that a man must always remain strong. But the problem is that the man must also resolve his problems on his own. This is particularly a problem when you dont have a supportive network positive role models etc. It can all seem too much sometimes which is why men have higher suicide rates that society chooses not to understand. It's quite scary that the future for men that's if you're arent strong enough mentally then you're sort of left behind. Sa…

Thank you for your post as it's very much like my position. For reference I'm a 19 year old who does powerlifting, have a pretty limited social life and work full time. I'm going with your plan A in my life forward as it does seem like a waste of time trying to win girls over at this age. I wouldn't say ''No'' to the idea of avoiding them however, I'd say do what you you want to do that's fun and not treat it as ''I got to have a GF by this age xyz''. Don't do anything stupid / illegal. From w…

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
