Its funny you say that. I dont think that im necessarily at my lowest point, and it isnt for the obvious reason that nobody sees themselves as low in the moment truly(and it isnt a self esteem thing, its a fact that we will always agree with ourselves). I think that i have a pretty good perspective on the games people play. And on the fact that i am extremely naiive. But i spend all of my time working on it. What purpose? None really, except for that very reason you listed, being to better mysel…

Its seems like the gals in highschool have literally no idea of what they want or are doing. Some have managed to acknowledge that they have tits and very few use them tactfully. I again will say I dont think. this shit should be a science. Its discussing simple observations over time that have proven tendencies

If this is irrelevant I can delete it but I dont think it matters much.

My mother gets hit on by almost every guy she meets. Edit: not necessarily in obvious ways, but they are attracted to her. She lightens up rooms from what ive seen. Youd have to meet her

Yea, i might have been better of rephrasing the question. I dont need to throw my problems at them, i meant having the ability to actually develop a mutual relationship where we have something in common as opposed to being held together by perpetual sex drive and innuendo that keeps eachother on their toes. Both should be there. But i guess im saying can you be friends with them? The answer seems to be no most of the time. Its not all that though

Haha alright man it was semi-sarcastic but your right. Ill just tighten my fuckin boot straps and carry on then. I have learned a lot from this sub already. Identifying my previous actions and such. Im not gonna formulate some fuckin plan to get laid but I do like to k ow what people like. For reference

Yea, I see that. I know the difference between whining and planning. Its in my every day. A little bit of "oh yea the english honework sucks right?" Never hurt anyone. Only look to others if you seek solutions. I naturally just dont feel like its their business in the first place. And to the people who have talked about going to my guy friends, i definitely do that. They are of like mind and show me varying levels of technique, or plain not giving a shit that I can bounce off of. This isnt a sci…

Yea. I dont try to think about talking. I was referring to the frame of reference in the conversation

Its ironic that you used the term "hook" when the sub often talks about women hooking men into subservient roles. Haha. But I see what you mean

Ah alright. Im fairly new to trp. Wont happen again

Definitely. I dont like the bullshit extra special treatment. I feel like they have been emotionally battered in a way that they are incapable of handling themselves and shut down if you refuse. These are of course generalizations. Thats the bullshit. Parties take advantage of generalizations to perpetuate uncertainties in adolescents and thus reinforce this bullshit. A lack of parental involvement makes matters worse

Putting it into the frame of self reflection, instead of meaningless pondering

Thats true. Its a work in progress i need to facilitate. Its easy to fall into a slump with the bar so low though.

The binary switch analogy is similar to a lot of things I have seen. Minis the few who have their expression quite under control. Some friends are a little on the side of an asshole, although you can tell when its dignified after the concurrent discussion when asking "why?." Like something ibread here earlier about being able to let "no" stand on its own. You arent an asshole if that is what you default to. You are intimmidating. Im good at being alpha until it comes to proof in the pudding. Im …

This has happened to me. It was a guy who did it though. I dont share shit because of the gossip and such with women. I think that, like the article posted here just now, there are guys that do this bullshit too. It isnt to much of a leap to understanding some of the bullshot women do, because ibsee examples every day. Im young though, i need hope, not pessimism. I dont entirely believe i cant be intimate with a woman. But they are definitely attention hungry, atttacted to control, and impulsive…

Alright. I do need to do my reading, but I also enjoy the diversity of a good debate (within relevance).

My mother has been a learning point for my understanding of the bullshit in society. My parents have a strange disjoint in their relationship, where my father is stubbourn, but unwilling to make decisions that put responsibility on him. My mother on the other hand, plays a screwed up submissive/dominant role where she is forced to make decisions, yet exist with limited power under my dads control. She complains quite a bit, but they have put their differences aside. My father says to me that he …

I find that very sad. I havent had many "girlfriends" (im 16), but the few I have had I always tried to explain things to such as emotional disjoints and equality. And they are quick to agree, but never really follow up except to agree with me. And yes they are immature as hell about drama. They look for that shit. Its immature and enfuriating. Only one girl I know has actually spent time to talk with me, and I worry ill overdisclose on this account, but our relationship is built off of schoolwo…

Holy shit this. I tell my friends that excuses are useless and if you stand up and take the burn you end up looking better than trying to deny it. I didnt really think of it in terms of respect, but its true. It isnt your fault for being self propellent either

Its been like four months, so sorry for being so late. You should confront her on the issue and tell her how it is. Tell her how you feel?

I just found this sub, and I totally agree. My opinnion may be biased as a 16 y.o. but it has surrounded me and my life. People cant see the manipulation of these dom/sub mentalities where we have to woo and cater. There are such things as egalitarian relationships. And the fucked up part is how brainwashed women are made to switch modes like clockwork. Either they are submissive and leeching on you or they are assholes intent on asserting their independence. This is an extreme example, but the …

Missing out on something fundemental in her life, and its making her doubt herself to her ver y core Sounds like an issue many people face in life with any amount of power
