Attentive and caring are about how someone relates to their partners emotions. Being vulnerable is about accepting one's own emotions. It's a really crucial trait to have, especially in men who haven't internalised toxic masculinity.

Karma and mindfulness are literally religious concepts. Not just "spiritual'. Use them if you want but you need to understand the origin of these concepts when you're choosing to try and educate people online.

Your concern is what will get you into trouble here. There is no problem from what I can see. "Four years from 30" is a really weird and oddly desperate way of writing 26, this could come across as quite unattractive.

My number one thing is someone I can just sit and talk with for hours. Being able to talk like that is how you develop good communication to deal with any conflict or issues.

Men like you should stay out of red pill women.

Well that would suggest that good looking women marrying successful men are simply marrying their equivilant. You're not engaging with any sense of good faith, "put up or shut up" isn't a becoming phrase on any gender.

Lush 'dream cream' or any plain emollient, sometimes I leave it to absorb on its own instead of rubbing it in and it leaves it extra smooth. I do this on my face occasionally although it could cause breakouts!

I have read some research on the matter already, but thanks for the tip on Google, will have to check that out sometime. The research you cite suggests men and women prefer more attractive partners, with women also preferring dominant and/or culturally successful men. Nothing here supports women as being hypergamous, in fact one of your quotes suggest women prefer a monogamous marriage, with no such caveat for men. Your citations would actually suggest men are more hypergamous as a result as neo…

I think pushing the cuticles back is really under rated. It makes your nails look longer and neatens up the whole look. I prefer a gently rounded shape and then paint whatever colour I feel like, I like Barry M or Kiko. My favourite nail colours are lilac as it looks good on my skin tone. Top coat makes on top makes it look refined. I like using quite a thick hand moisturiser as I wash all my dishes by hand and don't like using gloves. lavender at night helps me sleep and something plainer for t…

Putting a clear nail varnish on would be a good shout if you can't grow them long.

As I said I have never seen a red piller cite any research of scientific merit. I would even consider the idea that humans are "wired" as needing scientific exploration. Fundamentally your points seem to be about validating Christian values by using a scientific aesthetic but without any meaningful research to back it up. If you do have any then I will be happy to have a look.

Leave a lint roller by the front door so you can at least look presentable out the house?

Women are hypergamous makes little sense. If men seek the best looking women, which is a redpill opinion, then men are hypergamous too. Red pill is not the scientific theory it thinks it is. I agree much more with the other reply on here that red pill is a toolbox useful to some women.

He needs to lead on this. If he says the space doesn't feel like his, ask him what he wants to do. You cannot make change this for him. You do all the domestic labour which means it will be done with your tastes unless he actively inputs. You are his girlfriend, not his wife. Currently you are doing that in-between red pill so many women on here seem to do where you are full time occupied but also the full-time housewife. Why is he unable to split house chores, because he's studying? He would be…

I'm not sure you should be posting here since you post good intentioned posts on here on mgtow just to belittle and ridicule women. This is a woman led space where women should feel safe to discuss traditional values.

Glad to hear it. Make sure you are also cultivating hobbies and friendships as well. And RMV stands for relationship market value. My opinion still stands about skin lightening cream. It's really not the best for your skin. Focus on having a healthy skincare routine. And don't share stuff that you don't want to be criticised with your parents.

Skin lightening cream has dangers though. Your mum is right about coconut oil, sorry OP. How old are you? Looksmaxxing is all well and good but if your only aim is to get minor work and look your best then that is going to decrease your RMV. You need to be cultivating the whole, not just the shell.

You need to receive psychological help for your self harm. Get a part time job so you have more financial independence. If you want to become better looking there are options other than surgery. Check out r/vindicta

Find a social hobby. Improve your support network outside of your relationship. A good way of doing this is to be a support to your friends and helpful. If you like knitting then there is bound to be local crafty classes you can take, or you could join a walking group as that will help with the anxiety. You need to stop looking to him to soothe you every time you feel anxious. Invest time and energy into other areas of your life. If he's a keeper he'll notice and put energy back into your relati…

This week I made my own falafel in the oven with harissa mayo and pickled onions wraps, and I also made a pasta dish with tofu, mushrooms, kals and pesto. I wasn't sure about having tofu with pasta but it needed using up, I fried small slices of well pressed and salted tofu before adding the veggies and it had a really nice texture.

I think a jumper with soft blouse poking out underneath, midi skirt, tights and boots is nice autumn look. I will usually combine this with some sort of raincoat at this time of year. I like the juxtaposition between form fitting and baggy that this look provides.

Therapy is a tool. If you've achieved what you needed it for then you don't need it. But it might be a shout to look at your support system, coping mechanisms etc and see if there's anything you need to further develop and define and if so whether a professional's input would be beneficial.

Hey I think this comment breaks the community rules here. Only high quality red pill men who have something to offer beyond basic theory are welcome here. Nun mode is a very legitimate strategy and I don't think your comment was helpful, seems more like soapboxing.

Set yourself a goal with a treat at the end e.g. for every ten pieces of clothing you donate to charity you can buy yourself a book or go for coffee with a friend.

My grandmother has been a member of the Women's Institute, a British organisation, since before I was born. They have lots of socials, crafting, charity work, guest speakers etc. These women are really there for one another, especially as they got older and became widows. It's known as being a slightly older women's organisation but there are branches which have lots of younger members too. They also have a campaigning side, they promote women's health issues such as having regular screenings, a…

Forget her. You know she's flaky and you don't want to go out with someone like that. Spend Friday with your friends or having a pamper night.

I've never known anything like this to happen and none of my friends would do anything like this either. You're not associating with high quality women if this is happening to you regularly.

Definitely helps with a cold as it's relaxing. My favourite herbal for when I have a cold though is three ginger, along with something very spicy and dairy free to eat.

If you're feeling anxious I can't recommend drinking chamomile tea enough, especially in the evenings. It has a very delicate aroma and has mild anti anxiety properties.

Thanks for this side. We only had a very brief conversation about it when the topic came up so I'd like to hear a little more about his thoughts as he did say he likes children and would be interested in fostering. I know I have a deep maternal side and am good with children, any tips on showing this side to a man?

This is a great post. The majority of online red pilled men don't seem to have it in them to be a good husband/don't want to be. My aim is NOT to find a red pilled man. Instead I'd prefer to find a naturally dominant but empathetic man.

Completely agree about you with feminism. Most feminism and feminists I know are about promoting health, community, LGBT rights, and anti interpersonal violence for all genders. I don't know any feminists irl or feminist theory that is "men r silly lol" but YMMV.

I'm not putting anything off because I think I can do better. I don't want to rush into a relationship that's wrong for both of us because I want to meet my relationship goals. I am balancing a sense of urgency with a sense of rhythm. As my post stated, I've been working on other elements of my personal development. I'm not sure where you've got junk food from as I don't each much of it. Quitting smoking will happen soon, I'm making plans for it currently. This is because I know myself and how t…

You're right. He seems really lovely and it's not something we've discussed properly. I think we will both enjoy our date either way. I'm a little apprehensive of online dating because of how meat market it seems, although I recently downloaded hinge after a friend recommended it. I would prefer to meet someone in person but thats definitely the Disney Princess in me that I need to ignore.

Thanks for this. I certainly have had major issues which I've been doing some good work on dealing with, but I know that I still need to continue to work on these issues. I think continuing to work on my personal development whilst slowly leaving the nunnery is my best bet because I can always go back into nun mode if that seems right. I feel ready to put a lot of what I've been realising and learning into practice. Don't want to get too cosy in nun mode! Although I don't know if being a spinste…

You're very right. I've got a couple of ideas for meeting men. Just need to work on not being so shy when I first meet people. Any tips?

I totally agree, I kind of shoe horned that in. What I mean is I think it's wrong to feel that you've settled and that you're better than your partner. If you don't have a strong sexual attraction and compatible goals and values and that you've settled in some way then I think this could lead to nagging type behaviours, and trying to mould your partner. I would like to find a man that I am attracted to (although he certainly doesn't need to be 7 foot with tree trunk arms) and to have goals that …

I appreciate this, thank you. This is my thinking too. My only concern is he's mentioned he doesn't know if he wants children, but I do. I think I'll see how it goes for a while and see if we are compatible in other areas first.
