I have an advantage in that it comes somewhat naturally to me. I can just zone out and focus purely on a simple thought and then only on my breathing. I also meditate on a specific prayer, the Jesus Prayer ("Lord Jesus Christ, have mercy on me, a sinner"). This is called hesychasm, meditation on the Jesus Prayer by constant repetition of this prayer until the soul and heart pray every moment of the day. It is a very powerful experience.

I put down other, so I owe you an explanation. I'm a monk for the most part (cut women out of every part of my life, no simping, attempting not to think about girls, generally not paying them any attention). I don't, however, have a problem with the idea of sex, but only when it is offered to me on a silver platter, just to experience it at least once.
