I measure kids for dance costumes every year and that’s not even a toddler’s waist. They come in at 18”-20” - so do their chest and hips but that’s how small that is.

Thank you for this. I’m still recovering from a trauma bond relationship that I left last October. He immediately started dating his “best friend” who he texted all day and would wear cologne to go see. Yep my ex referred to the cat as his property and therefore had the right to do whatever whenever he wanted to it. Poor thing would run and hide the second she heard him get out of his office chair. Just another red flag I had to get out of there, and I took the cat.
