Forcibly taking the child away from the other parent. It usually happens when the parent is at risk of losing custody. They take their kid and flee to avoid losing them

I'd guess that it was put in place to catch kidnapping parents before they left the country

Thanks for informing me! That is pretty bizarre, but I guess I'm glad to hear that parents of either gender are required

What really gets to me is that he had a written note from the child's mother, his wife, saying that he was allowed to take her on a trip. He already had it as a precaution. No mother would ever be asked to produce proof of the father's approval when taking her child somewhere.

Then you're either you need a lot of therapy or (based on all of the comments) you're a troll. Either way, try to be a better person.

There's nothing wrong with not wanting to be a dad. But you did (again, assuming it's yours which it may not be) take part in creating the kid

Vengeance isn't going to help anyone in this situation. It won't make you feel better and it will cause more drama and pain. If she wants the kid, she should have the kid and pay most of the cost of raising it. If it is yours, I think you should contribute as well

Take a paternity test. If the kid is yours, go to court and work out a child support agreement. You don't have to be a part of the child's life even though people will say you do. But you should take partial financial responsibility

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
