But I'll do a tally of the next hundred women I see, and then the local skirt index will be out of a sample size of one hundred, so that'll be the local Skirt Index for Chicago (don't doxx me reddit). I can't do that directly for other cities but I can look at recent photos of street crowds and get a head count.
