They dont lift and make those excuses because exercise/ lifting is difficult and takes effort. And their goal of lifting just for chicks is beta shit. Doit for performance and to feel good. And so that you like the way you look in the mirror so that you can be more confident overall due to positivity.

Similar thing happened to me but it was on our way to lunch that we walked past another coworker and she invited him along. I'd like to see more responses on what this could mean. Does it really show disinterest/ not comfortable being alone with me?
