This made me smile. It’s true, definitely important to do things for yourself and not wait for someone else to do them. I regularly have date nights with myself, regardless of if I’m dating someone or not.

This is so apt! I remember being a little girl (under 10) and having the thought that I knew I wasn’t gay, but then feeling sad that males were going to be my only option. And then wondered why there wasn’t a third option to choose from 🥴

Yeah that sub is disgusting (but eye opening). It has nothing to do with seduction. I had to leave.

This is really helpful. I like focusing on the positives about relationships and men.

Congratulations! I am so happy for you!!! I remember that feeling when I got accepted into my grad program. There’s nothing like it. Thanks for sharing it with us!!

1, 3, and 4 are super fast ways to permanently kill the conversation.

Can totally relate. Block and delete is the go to move, but sometimes I happen across one just like this and can't help but to drag him straight to hell, as you say. :D

I’ve seen it happen hahahah. That same man also chopped onions and buttered bread using a meat cleaver (his only knife- citing that it was the biggest one at the store and therefore must be the best and most versatile)

I wish I could upvote this 1000x. And I wish it hadn’t take me into my early 30s to figure this stuff out. It helps so much to know other women have the same shitty experiences and it’s not happening to just me. Thank you thank you!

It sounds simple, but this is so true and so important!!

We’re the same age and I’ve just reached this part of my life of not settling and maintaining my standards. Any man who whines about meeting them can piss all the way off. In my 20’s I had such a hard time with that. Not anymore!!! And any man who at 30 something years old hasn’t figured out how to care for his body beyond using Dial hand soap as shampoo can also piss all the way off. 😂

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
