I suck at practicing, but what I am led to believe is the many benefits include lowering anxiety and increasing mindfulness and focusing on the present moment, all of which I could use a lot of. Thinking a lot on the bus or whatever like you do is the opposite of meditation. Thinking too much, "being in your head" as these seduction guys call it, is a death knell for guys out in the field. If there's a guide I didn't follow it. I just started going out a whole lot. Going to meetup.com or anything where it was an event, and this is the important part, where the focus of the event is to meet new people. Just do a whole lot of that. The thing is, that's what these seduction guys teach you to do. Be honest about it and not actually think or try to get in her pants.
