22	Reminder: A relationship is not a tool to value yourself with Thanks OP for this post. It’s exactly what I needed to hear. After a break up a couple months I still go in and out of sadness and anxiously analyzing the issues... what lead to it. I have been using drugs more and more on weekends, and even weekdays sometimes to add happiness back to my life. The only thing that has ever destroyed me, has been women. Live and lean.
