I thought MRA's thought that is what circumcision is

I'm also talking about procedures that are also unnecessary. Cosmetic surgery for example. And let's be fair here, Circumcision is probably one of the easiest medical procedures to perform, any half-ass doctor can do it, or experienced rabbi. I would hazard a guess that almost all deaths were due to an inexperienced persons or those fringe groups, like the ones that suck the blood out.

Isn't that due to failed circumcisions? There are a lot of people who die due to failed or improperly conducted surgical procedures (not all are necessary), but we don't act like we should ban all but a few dozen surgical practices

I'm referring to the very recent Swedish study.

I think he mixed up the results. The surgery, on average, does lower suicide rates, but suicide rates remain extremely high.

"Reproductive choice" means the right to decide whether or not to become a parent. Pretty shitty choice of words since it's abortion and leaving a mother that's the problem. But you wouldn't be arguing in bad faith would you? If a woman becomes pregnant, the man presently has no choices at all. If only there was a way to stop pregnant women from spontaneously appearing in front of men.

Neither men nor women have the right to reproductive choice I may have missed something, who is arguing to not legally allow men and women to reproduce or have sex?

I have the same principle. Only mine involves not killing babies and leaving pregnant mothers.

Really strong principles you have there

How about we advocate for responsibility, instead of advocating for both parties to escape it?

Ehhh, I think male incels see sex as the studio apartment, and relationships as the nice suburban house. Being able to actually have sex with a woman who truly wants you kind of closes the chapter on the early part of a man's life, and opens up the next one. Being able to have sex means you have some social capital, no matter how much. Therefore now that you know you have a measure of social capital you feel confident enough to push and see how much further you can get.

I think you are forgetting the last part of the key and lock analogy. That a key that can open any lock is extremely special, bordering on a super power. A lock that can be opened by any key is not special at all. The point being that if a man has a lot of sex clearly he is desirable by women for whatever reasons. If a woman is having a lot of sex she is simply saying yes to whomever approaches her. Her attractiveness is the only factor in how often she gets approached. And assuming she is even …

Assuming we throw out the absolute worst, bottom of the barrel of both sexes (I mean just hideous, absurdly overweight, bordering on severely autistic social skills, etc), women can have sex by basically just dropping anchor at a bar, club, whatever and saying yes to the first man who approaches them. No such thing for a man. The guy has to navigate the situation almost perfectly. No matter what happens the guy will simply not have sex unless the woman allows him to. It's laughable, simply absur…

Just once i'd like to come to a thread like this and not see everyone steer hard pro-choice. It's still your fucking child guys.

So i'm not sure about the political affiliation of this subs readers, but is the point that abortion is viewed as morally acceptable, while leaving your kid isn't? Is it that they should both be viewed as equally good? Or equally bad? Also this may just be my opinion, but the left panel means the dad made a passive choice not to participate, where the mom made an active choice to kill the baby.

Sure, but reddit specifically is pretty left. Ergo, babies are slightly more worthy of life than television sets here.

The best part about this is that this is precedent for other cases.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
