The thing is i think the policy was created to try and stop those who grunt and generally make noise to get the attention of others around them, whether that be from the opposite gender or anyone. I was recently a victim and was staying over 4 hours away but needed to come to town to file a protective order. I didn't feel safe going back to the house I was attacked at so the place I spoke with said they could put me in a hotel for a couple days. Not using a standardized testing does make it illegitimate. Science is done a certain way for reasons, one of them is validity. There are standardized iq test that can be given. . The WAIS AND WISC are usually the most common given. WISC is used a lot in schools to determine a child's eligibility for special education services. The problem with them is culture bias towards anyone that the test is not designed for which would be just about anyone that is a poc.

I record every phone conversation as I am in a one party consent state. I only save the ones that are important. Oh, I love to fight things like this but I've invested way too much time and money to screw it up now. "Snowflake" is the professors favorite student. I don't think there will be much to update unless shit goes south and even then I won't be able to until everything is settled. If that happens I will be removing this post also.

Yep I have taken many precautions for my safety. I am letting them do as MI H as they can so i can just add it all to my case. So far this semester I have a friend in class that can back up what I said. I make sure that any meeting with the professor I am not alone.

Yeah, it's kind of like here that an employer can try to find things they can fire you over to attempt to keep you from getting unemployment. It usually never works because it takes a lot to get them to not give unemployment and you can appeal and have a hearing that you can present evidence and question people.

I have talked to an attorney before about other things, trying to stay anonymous. He said that I likely have a case already for a larger more severe violation of my rights. So if they kick me out I am sure to hire one. I will consult one when I graduate with all my evidence which the understanding that I couldn't do it while I was in school. For now I'll just let them keep racking up things that can and will get them in trouble.

Too many complains and I can get removed from the program for violation of the program and student conduct handbooks. I would have the right to file a complaint at that point to get back in but the whole time the complaint is pending I can't attend the program.

They won't tell me who it was, even though it's not hard to figure out. I'm already have a target on my back for attempting to bring unfair policies to light to the administration. The professor is a narcissist and hates being challenged which would have an effect on my grade. When does that 20 years run out? I'm asking for a friend. I noticed I had gained some weight about 5 years into my last relationship and that's when I cut out soda and changed to just water. She never said anything but it bothered me. I change the way I eat awhile back and started losing some. Once I start being able to exercise with a personal trainer it should get much better.

One of the problems I had with my previous medical doc was that all he did was look at me and tell me to lose weight. Didn't want to look at what might be wrong with me for years. I am overweight and don't like large women at all. I do accept that it will be a lot harder to find a woman than if I dated more my size. My last gf was 5'6" and 125 lbs. It's possible just unlikely. Here is the thing, I have looked into women's sizes before and converted them to men's sizes. Plus size women are obese, not overweight. Not only that but the average size woman is a size 16 to 18 in the USA. I'm overweight but if converted I can fit into an 16 to 18. So the fact that they say plus sized women don't want overweight guys is a bad usage in terms.
