| 41 | How do you go to bars solo without looking like a loser/weirdo?If you feel super awkward inside it’s probably gonna show outside. Have confidence in yourself. Be chill. Appear friendly / welcoming — without overdoing it. It’s hard not to stare at your phone but try to put it face down for some lengths of time and take in whatever is going on around you. Maybe throw a compliment to the person next to you (hey, that’s a cool shirt - where’d you get it?) or ask them if they could recommend something off the menu.
