Based on looks, I would date pretty much any girl without some kind of severe deformity/physical abnormality and was roughly my age. I would have no problem dating a facially ugly woman or a morbidly obese woman. I literally have not seen a girl on my campus whose looks were below my threshold. Personality on the other hand... 1	People that think that creepiness is based on being ugly clearly don't have any EQ nor social skills honestly, I would recommend getting a hair system (basically like a glue on wig). Looks very realistic and no surgery. Plus transplant hair will fall out eventually.
