It's satire guys... making fun of how dating advice over-analyzes and makes life/death importance out of the smallest, most insignificant things. There are nuggets of truth in there, but overall it's just for-fun. Relax and enjoy.

Confidence is situational, self esteem is permanent. The twofer mixed ups lot. A guy can be compensating for his low self esteem by being a fake alpha, but he can be confident in doing so. Thanks for reading.
