where i live it’s not the same in the slightest, a 15 year old is still in «ungdomsskolen» having normal classes while a 17 year old is already in secondary school, most likely majoring in specifics and getting ready to find an apprenticeship(?)

I agree with you, but I really don’t think she should have to «assign a chore» to the husband. The kids, totally, they’re children and have to be taught about chores and how to become proper adults. The husband? No, nope, nada. He’s a grown ass man that should not have to be assigned a chore like he’s her child. Honestly the husband should be the one to assign the chores in the first place as i assume he’s not working as many hours as this woman.
