Yea I went through the same mindset of bitterness and comparisons. Even watched a shit ton of porn, which I find to be the default in dudes who don’t get any pussy. It’s all irrational at the end of the day, I find. You joining the army made you less lost, and it’s a good example just doing something that’s gonna be a positive for yourself. You become more magnetic after that I find

When you were in collage, did you have the woman hating mindset, along with the depression? I find that combo is a potent bitch repellent

Honestly, how much can a close friend attack your vulnerabilities? If they’re a close friend, then at the most, they rib at you. And I think that’s important for building a thick skin. But at the most, if someone is really digging at you or if they save your insecurities for assault only, then it’s time to re evaluate that friendship

This is true. I’d say if you’re naturally alpha, do less beta things. And if you are beta, be more alpha and less beta. I’d say I’m more on the beta side, unfortunately. I’ve learned that I need to take control and be in control of myself, work out and self improve, and speak the truth and be as honest as possible. That alone is beginning to switch up my mindset. Learning to be alpha will help the beta

I wouldn’t doubt that. But scientists always need numbers to prove a point. Better to have stats for an argument than spitting unfounded platitudes

Work out. It helps with your mindset. Also don’t give a fuck about women and what they have to say. Reinforce your mindset and confidence in yourself. This is the only way you’re going to fight your depression, negative emotions, and negative feedback. And I don’t expect you to just get it, because advice like this usually takes experience to understand it completely. However, being as though I’ve been in a better spot than I am now, and am currently in a very low spot where I feel like I creep …

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
