Thank you for responding. You could also start doing kegels to train your PC-muscle. I searched for that. Looks legit. Not sure if I'll ever reach the bladder part but I see people in /r/sex claiming that it helped maintaining stronger erections. I'm gonna try to tame my empathy in social moments.

You can always find work in hospitality as a waiter or in the kitchen. The latter is far worse paid, because of the tip. I'm from Greece. At the moment I'm writing, waiter age requirement is under 30, and in hotels they hire people who studied "tourism and hospitality management" to work as waiters. Only thing I wish for was for money to not be an issue right now. Honestly, I feel that your tl;dr should be enough and I should stop reading. If I keep reading this I'll become pissed with how men actually brag about their success on women, which is basically what it's expected of us to do since we need to satisfy our sexual needs.

There is also the kind of beta who will rationalize it, claiming that "I'm not looking for some extraordinary hot woman, I'm looking for a nice girl". Someone I knew threw that line to me. I asked him whether he fantasizes about "nice girls" whenever he browses for porn online. The amount of silence combined with the predicted "hmmm" confirmed it. Still, I'm confident that he still prefers to lie to himself than do anything about it. How else can he feign victimhood?
