No book will help. It’s practice. Just start doing it one day at a time. Reading about it is an elaborate way of doing nothing about it. Write it on your hand. Wear a rubber band. Whatever your cue is. And practice every day. It’s that simple.

I couldn't disagree more. The toughest man I know read the below poem at the funeral of a WWII Combat Vet. The line that stuck w me the most - could you banish a tear. I'd add more importantly - especially as you get older - spend your money wisely. This is often a paradox. But join a nice gym. W people that are fit and successful. You have a hobby. Play for a good coach. Pay a tailor to make your clothes fit. Hire a good accountant. Get a competent doctor and lawyer.
