I’m not going to bother finding the whole show but it wasn’t clear to me if she was talking about her largely female audience “being single” or men who suggest going dutch. The reason it's a marketing gimmick that works, though, is because of the special treatment and "pedestal placement" by most civilians and the media and if you don't join the circle jerk then you are un-American.
