1	Motivation/Harmful Mentality Motivation can be extremely unreliable (vs discipline) so the fact you have a dependable source of motivation is a gift. Use it. Once you start fucking again it will probably not feel as amazing as you thought it would, because you overinflated this goal in your head for so long (which is natural). 1	Keeping an LTR? Practice spending healthy time away from her (this means texting as well) with ways like hanging out with your bros. I'm guessing you're already doing this but it helps to focus on what you are doing right so you can keep on doing that thing	/r/askTRP	08/08/20 03:00 PM
