Okay, that's cool but still only a small subset of men who are falsely accused of any crime. I think being throwing in jail for a crime you didn't commit is far worse. Men frequently get thrown in jail for crimes they don't commit (non-violent drug charges, blue collar crimes, violent crimes, theft, etc.). The list goes on and on. First of all, you're comparing a "best case" rape scenario to a "worst case" false accusation scenario. Sometimes rape "only" lasts an hour, but other times it involves being locked up in someone's basement, being raped daily for years, possibly having to give birth, and ultimately being killed without ever seeing the light of day. 1	Do you think a person might be called a "hypocrite" for their dating standards?
