I think he was over the top and a blatant misogynist decently often. I also think he was very funny, and more often than not spoke a lot of truth. Dude had a way with words, and was good at analyzing peoples' behaviors.

So? Are you saying everything he ever said should be disregarded because of that?

Would you take a pill or get a surgery done if studies showed that it had only been effective in one trial done in Africa? Pro circumcision people cherry pick this study, but if it was true it would be true everywhere.

I think Patrice O'neal said something like "I love women, but I don't like women".

You should only worry about yourself and your own journey to self improvement. My dad isn't alpha, but I am grateful that he was still there for me and not a huge piece of shit. You can find other role models in your life, books, movies, internet. It's impossible to know how all the events in your dad's life combined with his own brain make-up/personality made him who his is today. I would say appreciate him, because he won't be around forever. My dad is religious too and used to make me go to c…

My gf was complaining that she is like my mom and does everything. In reality "everything" is stuff she cares about that she would do regardless if she was in a relationship with me, so she isn't really sacrificing. I don't care about making the bed, I am just going to mess it up tonight when I get back in (I roll around in my sleep a lot too). I don't care if the throw pillows are on right, I don't care if there are throw pillows at all. I don't care that she "cleaned" the bathroom, it wasn't r…

link1 link2 link3 link4 link5 link6 link7 link8 You are coming off as biased and not willing to change your mind, but maybe it's just hard to gauge through the internet. If you said there has been cases of medical complications during some procedure, and I said "I've literally never heard of that happening". Would you not think I was being obtuse? It's not that hard to do a quick google search and see that it has happened. I am not demanding you do research on botched circumcision because I told…

There is no need to be obtuse.

If you don't wash a vagina regularly, it will get gross. Just like a circumcised penis, or an uncircumcised penis.

If you just google it quick you will find a lot of examples. The redpill documentary interviewed a women whose son had his penis completely cut off in a botched circumcision. There is also the rather famous experiment where the parents tried to raise their son as a girl because he lost his penis in a botched circumcision (he ended up killing himself later in life I think). So while rare, it for sure happens.

There really are not any health benefits. People site an old study that has been criticized for bias.

Plus, while rare, sometimes something goes wrong and they cut the whole thing off.

People always site a study that was done in Africa for the reduction of STDs, but it has been scrutinized for bias. All of the studies that try to show benefits to circumcision are old or flawed in the way it was conducted.

He should have gotten a prenup, I know that by the law she gets half his stuff. I am saying this attitude that women, or anyone for that matter, is entitled to the other persons stuff is dumb. I remember I watched a youtube video where Dave Chappelle said he got a call from Chris Rock after his divorce saying that his wife had now made more money off stand up than Dave. What Chris did was shitty, and she should leave him, but she is not entitled to his money. He was the one creating shows, doing…

Lots of people saying he cheated, so he got what was coming to him. He should lose his wife for cheating, but he shouldn't lose half his money/stuff. He earned all that, not her. Just because he cheated on her doesn't mean she should now have the rights to half his stuff.

I have a few female "friends", but I don't hang out with women I am not romantically interested in. The biggest reason is most females don't know how to be funny, and humor is important to me. I also think if sex was 100% off the table most men wouldn't hang out with women at all, but most men won't admit this because they would look like a "pig".

Have you seen what she wears to public events, have you seen what she posts on her social media? I agree with you that it isn't right for people to view her only as a sex object, or to see a man who flaunts his wealth as a meal ticket, but you need to have agency. If you constantly sexualize yourself, people will start to see you as a sex object. If you constantly flaunt your wealth, people will only look at your money. All actions have consequences, good or bad.

I wouldn't think to complain about people seeing me as a money dispenser if I flaunted my money a lot and tried to make it obvious that I was rich.

Your saying that women want to be sex objects, and these complaints are a way to have lesser men not sexualize them?

What do you mean exactly?
/r/PurplePillDebate11/01/18 08:27 PM
You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
