The episode is basically that whatever the main characters do, some group is against it in same shape or form, even if they do the opposite those very same groups find another reason to protest against them. Cardi B did say that she drugged and robbed men, and it's quite possible that that man was one of the victims if what she said was true. But except for his word and the fact that he has pictures of him and her at the same strip club, there is absolutely no evidence that she did that to him.
