great point !

interesting, so the default or status quo entering BF/GF is to be exclusive,
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/24 12:23 AM
1

isint't it difficult to find a partner that will agree to commit after the first date ?
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/24 12:19 AM
1

if engaged/married then yes i would see it as cheating, if just dating or common law, i would not consider it cheating.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/24 12:17 AM
2

very fair, just shows the importance of establishing not seeing other people. tough to trust anyone these days
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/24 06:16 AM
1

interesting, i always find it important thing to talk about, otherwise, one partner could easily just say they thought it was okay since no one brought it up or said that is not permitted
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/24 04:50 AM
0

I was told it is a societal thing to have the women ( in heterosexual relationships) bring up exclusivity first. I would not mention it, and if the woman i am seeing never brings it up to me, I would just assume it is fair game to see other people also, and if they ever found out, i would just say it was never brought up, unless i proposed then of course i would be exclusive, but unless a proposal or the woman i am seeing asks about it, it is fair to see other people in the meantime, might be a …
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/24 04:35 AM
1

That a good thing i will use from here, to only refer to someone as "my girlfriend" once being exclusive with each other has been established
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/24 04:31 AM
-1

how would i be wrong ?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/24 04:30 AM
2

although i could imagine feelings would be hurt and people would think why they weren't enough, would it technically be not a breach of the relationship if no party ever asked to not see other people. For example, if both people automatically assumed they were exclusive, and one partner saw someone else, would they be in the clear because it was never mentioned, and use that against them ?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/24 04:30 AM

I always found it is a societal role for the women to generally mention being exclusive in a relationship. Is that normal or do men often mention / ask about it first ?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/24 04:27 AM
2

hmm interesting, So it is implied exclusivity and grounds for breaking up/divorce if one cheats, so it is not even mandatory to mention being exclusive with each other because it is seen as the default ?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/24 04:26 AM
2

Interesting perspective. That the status quo going into a relationship should immediately be to be exclusive testing the waters for marriage and or children ? Am I reading this correct ?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/24 04:10 AM
-1

Thing is, there are certain qualities that a person might love in a partner that makes them want to stay, while also exploring/having fun on the side, correct ? That alone does not automatically mean exclusivity
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/24 04:07 AM
2

What happens though if a couple talk about being serious together, to date each other, however neither person brings up exclusivity. And for example, say a guy is romantic and sleeps with another woman a few times. would it then not be considered cheating if not exclusivity was brought up before. Could the guy then just say that he didnt cheat because it was never brought up ?
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/24 04:06 AM
-5

I always found it to be the women's role to bring up exclusivity for a relationship ( assuming heterosexual relationship)
/r/PurplePillDebate17/05/24 04:03 AM

sounds like you really like dating women your own age, a rarity for men, but to answer your question, i believe it is because generally, men age better than women
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/24 03:42 AM
1

maybe you should start aiming for younger women then, since, you know generally they will be more attractive
/r/PurplePillDebate14/05/24 03:36 AM
1

Technically, Men were always able to message first on bumble, depending on their preferences in dating
/r/PurplePillDebate08/05/24 06:11 AM

clearly personality matters... women generally won't be interested in someone with mental illnesses, autistic, etc regardless of how conventionally attractive he is LOL
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/24 05:49 AM

"without any of the downsides of being a woman in general". Can you elaborate on what this referring to ?
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/24 05:36 AM

nothing else to go off of ?? You know there is a bio to add to the photos LOL... ??
/r/PurplePillDebate06/05/24 05:29 AM
7

That just ALSO means that your attractive/horniness threshold is LOWER than mine, since I RARELY turn a woman down for sex unless she is underage, cannot provide consent, inebriated on drugs, disabled, etc
/r/PurplePillDebate15/04/24 09:32 PM

t matters so much as the quality of the pictures and the variety of pics - showing you’re an interesting sociable person this !
/r/seduction11/03/24 12:53 AM
1

or, maybe, they just dont want committment, and CHOOSE to stay single/friends
/r/PurplePillDebate15/12/23 11:12 PM

i'm guessing you're in your 30's ?
/r/PurplePillDebate14/09/23 06:05 AM

i'm 5'9 damn...if i could choose height, i'd wanna be 6'9... height truely triumphs over many other qualities
/r/PurplePillDebate14/09/23 02:41 AM
1

sounds entirely anecdotal to me...
/r/PurplePillDebate13/09/23 04:53 AM

"15 % of men are tall" - what's considered tall ? Above 6 foot ?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/09/23 04:31 AM
1

source ? that looks matter more to women ?
/r/PurplePillDebate13/09/23 04:29 AM

height is one of my biggest insecurities... I am 5'9... if i could choose, i'd wanna be 6'6-6'7 with my bulky body frame to match !
/r/PurplePillDebate13/09/23 04:28 AM

each to their own, but i prefer older woman. For reference, i'm 27, and prefer women 35-55

as a former sex addict, who has fucked almost 30 prostitutes, can confirm.

I would not for a few reasons. We all know sex (typically) declines with children. IF we were to Separate/Divorce, I would not want her (for the purposes of the argument) to still be fertile while I am not. IF I were to Separate/Divorce, and get in a new relationship, or casual hook ups or prostitutes, the vasectomy purpose would be rendered useless. Because it does not protect against STD's, as well as some first hook ups, still demand condom, even with not being fertile.
/r/PurplePillDebate16/08/23 01:50 AM
2

My parents would still love me with my lack of success with women ! However, my father is a traditionalist, and would be tough for him to have unconditional love if i became full degenerate !! But good point !!
/r/PurplePillDebate28/06/23 09:26 PM
2

true, good point ! Most are not vo-cel
/r/PurplePillDebate28/06/23 09:23 PM
1

but, don't people still have a drive to always be "busy" and feel sense of purpose if they work their ass off with no children/spouse to provide for ?? For example, as someone who travels for work, i would continue to do so, Love the opportunitty, and being able to say " I have traveled to X, Y and Z for work"...And i am a perpetually single dude with no children/dependents... I love the idea that i am a hustler
/r/PurplePillDebate28/06/23 09:19 PM

i totally agree, however, there's more than "just a little bit" of homosexuality in modern times though,

dating apps are not always about looks though... there's a bio that influences swipes
/r/PurplePillDebate23/06/23 04:32 AM

I would imagine they are more happy... I am 27 and never had a serious GF before... I gave up dating and just hook up with bigger chicks who are single looking for fun or pay for sex with prostitutes...
/r/PurplePillDebate20/06/23 04:37 AM

If she does not have/use snapchat or instagram...Would be indicative that she has little to no friends, ideally, would want her to have more followers than me on instagram (over 620)

unless they pay for sex with hookers
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/23 02:32 AM

that is me, but i pay hookers for sex instead of finding a fwb
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/23 02:31 AM

isin't that what the BIO section on OLD profiles are for ?? LOL
/r/PurplePillDebate19/06/23 02:14 AM

maybe my mind works different, but i never understood why any very very wealthy people want relationships, i would rather have a lifestyle similar to Dan Bilzerian
/r/PurplePillDebate04/05/23 09:05 PM
1

guess my mind works different, because that is how i would feel, honestly, if i was a big multimillionaire (think 100-500million) i would never want a relationship (especially an exclusive one) would rather date several women at once playboy mansion style
/r/PurplePillDebate04/05/23 09:03 PM
1

guess i must have a "masculine" face with good proportion !!! I assume that my lack of dating success must be due to personality or style as opposed to physical appearance !
/r/PurplePillDebate04/05/23 08:57 PM
1

exactly ! oftentimes, how a man makes a woman feel is not correlated of how a man looks
/r/PurplePillDebate04/05/23 08:22 PM

thank you ! Someone knows
/r/PurplePillDebate04/05/23 08:21 PM

/r/PurplePillDebate04/05/23 06:43 AM

over 50% of people are in relationships though, the numbers are not adding up, clearly some people are dating without appearance being the biggest factor, no ??
/r/PurplePillDebate04/05/23 06:36 AM

now that would be awesome to be able to do lol !!
/r/PurplePillDebate04/05/23 06:30 AM

Physical appearance can only make her feel so much, a man's quick wit, humour and ability to get a woman emotionally activated is what ultimately counts !
/r/PurplePillDebate04/05/23 06:12 AM
-1

--- how he "MAKES HER FEEL" and her emotions etc., his good looks are directly responsible for a big part of that equation.--- Really ?! Is there a psychological phenomenon for this ? Never thought that this could be a possibility !
/r/PurplePillDebate04/05/23 05:56 AM

One of the most accurate comment i ever seen on this subreddit !
/r/PurplePillDebate04/05/23 05:22 AM
2

B) that supports the notion that women will date and pursue men for their finances/status over appearance C) therefore, going off that possibility, looks are no longer important, since married with children, it is then more important a man have income, financial security, resources, ability to father/raise children, which supports my stance that looks are not the most important, especially after initial attraction
/r/PurplePillDebate04/05/23 05:18 AM
1

Good insight, my post was made with high school / college aged people in mind ! However, I sincerely believe that the older one gets, especially for women, it becomes even less about looks and mostly about financial security, income, having resources, investments, has a career, a man who knows what he wants in life
/r/PurplePillDebate04/05/23 05:13 AM
3

curious, so you're saying a man's physical appearance, height, jaw definition, high cheekbones will be a factor in his personality and how he interacts with people ?
/r/PurplePillDebate04/05/23 05:07 AM
2

Just trying to use an extreme example to show and reinforce that negative qualities can also be a hinderance regardless of how good appearance is !
/r/PurplePillDebate04/05/23 04:40 AM
-2

it will definitely get a womans initial attention/interest absolutely !! However, if they lack any communication skills, or are an addict of some sort, pervert, then it will turn off a woman no matter how good looking / sex appeal he has !
/r/PurplePillDebate04/05/23 04:34 AM
1

not if a 6'4 dwayne johnson look alike is asocial, has deviant tendencies, perversion, introverted, mental health issues, addictions, etc. All else being equal, then absolutely yes
/r/PurplePillDebate04/05/23 04:32 AM
1

any self respecting man can get good haircut, clean clothes, shower, use fragrences, etc, so if a man is a "4" he could easily bump that up few points. unless theres some sort of congenital deformity or if their same height/shorter than a woman That's my take on it
/r/PurplePillDebate04/05/23 04:24 AM
2

women will always take the guy who is 5'9 who has good emotional / social intelligence, sociability, funny, quick witted, sense of humor, dad bod than a guy who is 6'4 dwayne johnson body if he lacks those said traits As well as "in theory" women always say a man needs to be 6 feet, but "in practice" it is rarely the case, especially if woman in question is 5'3 or something, already quite the height difference !
/r/PurplePillDebate04/05/23 04:21 AM

exactly !
/r/PurplePillDebate04/05/23 04:17 AM

/r/ExRedPill20/05/22 12:09 AM

He’s a good looking guy, and there’s such a thing as being so good looking most women will feel insecure around them. I can assure you of that

Well an untrimmed haircut with split ends, unstylish etc not that appealing is it ?!
/r/PurplePillDebate19/05/22 03:23 AM

that's what i mean, women prioritize those qualities you mentioned in men. As for looks, they only want them to be clean and hygienic and meeting a minimum level of attractiveness. Look up "jeremy meeks" that guy is so good looking that most women would be too intimidated by his looks to even date him.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/22 10:25 PM

men cheat too exactly ! I would say, my personal opinion is it's worse when women cheat, because women cheat emotionally and men cheat physically !
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/22 10:05 PM

for LTR, women only want a man to be " above their threshold" of minimum attractiveness. With more emphasis on hygiene, grooming such as clean haircut, clean nails, etc.
/r/PurplePillDebate18/05/22 09:56 PM
1

this is why I do not want to ever enter a LTR with a woman. Too much effort as well as the risk of getting cheated on

From my personal experiences, if a woman (especially under 30) does not have / use instagram ( or snapchat for that matter)...it screams that she would have little to no friend circle/ network.... Thus relying on their partner for all social outings, attention, etc. Each to their own opinion on this matter. However, I personally would be very skeptical about pursuing a woman WITHOUT social media

It’s a red flag 🚩 for me if a woman does NOT have/use Instagram

I'd love to see this study ! About Chimps, is this just your opinion or is this the common held belief from literature ?

On dating apps I list my height as 5’7… guess I should not list my height to get more matches

Jeremy Meeks is a guy I consider as “genetically attractive” (search on google images if you don’t know how he looks) and 99.9% of wine do not date guys looking like him. Therefore, women prefer financial security and personality over looks

Lol, happens all the time. Women are oftentimes on dating apps because they are bored, looking to pass time, see who matched with them, looking for attention and validation

I’ve hooked up with 16 women I wasn’t sexually attracted to. I just didn’t kiss them, and only had sex with them doggystyle so I didn’t have to look at their face

I’ve given up on looking for hook ups off of tinder/bumble/hinge. I instead budget to visit an escort once a month… Also, the escorts I pay for their time are much better looking than the women I’d be getting off of dating apps anyways

I have said this before, and will say again on this subreddit. Obviously there is a minimum level of physical attractiveness a man needs to have. Most notably hygiene, clean nails, clear skin, good haircut, well dressed. However, jaw structure and physique are not that important to women. More of importance is confidence, dominance, indifferent to her being in your life, independence, charisma and all these are PERSONALITY. I’m saying this as a guy who has often been described as “good looking” …

a lot of women are attracted to men treating them like crap. I respectfully don't know where you get this notion from.

As a 25 y/o, I still do not understand why people ever get vasectomies... I would rather use condoms, or be in chastity instead

Maybe the “average regular people” you describe were actually indeed the top 10% of men that the redpill purports

I’m single, and I couldn’t get in a relationship to save the life of me. Not sure how you believe all men can get in a relationship at the drop of a hat.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
