Have close girl friends for that. Or an exclusive long term girlfriend. You can do it with a girl you've slept with a few times, but keep it really short and sweet. also don't feel pressured to always follow these rules. sometimes they're like a curse to me. always thinking about the consequences. what helped is getting feelings out through music and just being a little more lenient with these rules while not compromising the useful things I've learned. good luck man

Your voice has potential. Try to be less breathy and stop rising at the end of each sentence. Also, high energy is good, but try to mimic alpha male voices. Remember, aside from bringing high-energy, speech game is varied. It's sometimes beneficial to speak slowly, deeply and with clearly without respect to high-energy. YMMV.

Just keep reading. Read about social interactions, first impressions, body language, etiquette. Know some jokes, do interesting things, and know about current events. And touch. (Sometimes) That's basically it.
