There is a whole community of women who are attracted to felons and criminals. It's just something that they like. It's just a fact. Instead of frowning at this behavior - we need to accept it, and just look at it for what it is. You'll find peace in accepting, and moving forward with your own life.

Unhealthy women gossip. They do it to get attention, and they get an opportunity to tell their side of the story (only), and get others to provide them emotional support. Some women will take this further, and modify the details and stretch the truth to create trouble and even turn people against each other. In your case it's your wife, but if possible refrain from telling them too much about yourself.

Be very careful which girl you pick to go on a date with. Most of them are going to try and use you for free food. And then will keep you on the side, to extract help and resources.
