I don’t know your BMI, but BP goes down, when you lose weight. That is the number one theory against high blood pressure, number two is avoiding red meat, salt, alcohol and nicotine. Stress is also a cardiovascular risk factor, but I doubt very much that you’ll be able to reduce that via pre-workout.

I just saw that women aren’t allowed to post in this subreddit. Guess I’ll leave, then, nevermind my advice? Mind it? I don’t know, I would never have thought that women could be banned from a subreddit, but you learn new things every day ...

Be honest? Your goals are a bit vague, what is it that you want from her? Do you want to keep it casual? Keep her? Get serious? I think she’s being insecure, at least that’s what I sounds like to me. Giving her clarity will probably improve that manipulative behaviour.

Inside advice: Ask one of them, if they’d like to go and have coffee some time, that she seemed like a nice person. Imagine her as one of your friends or acquaintances, that can help you lose some of that anxiety. Most of the women I know, myself included, would like that approach.

Because nothing is more repulsive than desperation. Keeping a cool head is key, works the other way around just as well.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
