1	My ex ruined my life Probably a mutual BPD case here, we know he has CPTSD which is just a diagnosis counselors give you when they know you will chimp out from being called BPD. 1	My ex ruined my life I isolated myself at the age of 19. (suffering cptsd, major depress. panic attacks). CPTSD is just the politically correct term for BPD. You need DBT and possibly a medication that has some evidence of helping with BPD like Abilify.	/r/MensRights	19/04/24 10:02 AM
