Stages of a lost women: 1- Investment on beauty and atraction 2-Monetize beauty and atraction 3- Degradation of resources 4- Need for someone (with resources, but dropping svm (now with an older and beta fuck). 5- Frustration wins both. She end up alone. Old destruction habits. 6- Facing the nightmare. Facing death and sickness alone. 7- Return to family. 8- Redemption ( i hope). She made mistakes, like everybody else, but it´s not time to dwell on these. Acceptance, finding happyness in small t…

It´s really not a question of losing. It´s more a question of prioritize, and with time you end up reinforce your brain into short term reward instead of long term reward. From the Cognitive Behavioural perspective if you constantly reward an action, your behaviour will go in that direction. In this perspective you go from Action to Reinforcement of Pathways to a more "in your nature" set of behaviours, becoming part of your personality (Although there´s neuro plasticity until certain point, spe…

The more you are exposed to instant and short- term information, more you lose the ability to think long-term. Usually young people live more in the moment, but it´s getting worse because everything is dopamine based. Everything is flashy, fast, unique and stimulating. The consequence is that you gonna pay in the future, because you lose long-term perspective. Once you´ll hit the wall, there´s no coming back. Reality will change. A new life will start and the blame and the pointing fingers too. …

Very good! Way better than a lot of personality models and theories. This has a lot of potential. Thank you for this perspective because i fit clearly in the independent and inovator and i´ve always struggled to find an approach that clearly identifies my main process and main goal. Doing something inovative, that allows me to be independent. Thank you very much.

Bashing all humanity? There´s no reference to that in my comment. There´s a bashing in Social Sciences because people from this areas usually aren´t good at scientific methodology (which make some sense because personality traits and career preferences diverge), but still, they usually aren´t that strong. Only someone completely out of a scientific approach would consider that an individual alone would have resources to support a model. You´ll probably need from longitudinal studies to cross cul…

Probably i studied Psychology...Usually people speak when they know what they are talking about (Or at least should be). It should be useful to know if it´s reliable or not.

First of all, Maslow´s Hierarchy doesn´t have scientific support. It´s a model without any data confirmation (in work environment or in life in general). There´s a lot of Motivation theories that are just that. Ideas. ZERO work to support that. That´s one of the biggest problems in Psychology. A lot of teories with no support or with small samples that could easily change outcomes.

The trouble with Rock Stars is that they never really grow. Money and Fame makes you get away with things and they think that they can escape from all shit. But you can´t. Life has a lot of randomness and it´s inevitable that you will face more and more complex problems to solve in your life.

i´m not the author of the second quote. Looks like there is different setups, although there´s possible convergence in the outcome. The original author makes a distinction about LTR dating and dating to "close the deal" fast. I´ve approached on a more "general way", in the line of what is expected to be a traditional date structure (which i would expect it´s the easy way for someone inexperienced) and also how i approach dating in general. The secondary activity (term that you use it very wisely…

Know who you are. You need to know your weaknesses and strenghts in social environments. Look into Myers-Briggs and Big Five Personality Model to get a better notion of you are, because it´s fundamental to establish the best possible approach to your personality. 2) Every date has a specific nature. There will be unexpected things, and things that didn´t went well. You roll with the punches and create specific strategies. This strategies are entwined with your personality. Example: If you are an…

Love is the Santa Claus of Adults. Santa Claus has a socialization process component, getting the rules of reciprocity (changing gifts) , being a good kid ( good behaviour with others) and wait for rewards (wait and in the future you will get something). Love his also a fantasy with a very strong socialization component. Without the fanatasy of Love, people wouldn´t be buyng houses, getting stuck in 9 to 5 jobs, getting married and having kids,etc.. Of course people like each other. But the myth…

Be strategic. Everybody has weak spots. If he picks someone weak he´s weak too. Confront him in front of someone he likes, but a smart confrontation maintaining calmness. Find something you are better, "hardworking, inteligence, etc", make him play in your field. You could eventually simulate feel submissive, until one day he will be vuulnerable with overconfidence. It could be something at work or in life. Crocodiles are massive predators and they kill by ambush. I´m a big black guy, but not ve…
