For me at my age, it's more a health issue than anything else these days. It becomes less about how it makes them look or smell, and more about "well how much closer are they to the cascade of potential health issues, not to mention how would it inevitably affect me if I pursued a LTR with this person." ​ Shit you don't think about in your teens and 20's have a great deal more mental gravity in your 30's/40's+, like, say, lung cancer or emphysema.

Legalize it. Set up fucking stores for it. Most of us aren't going to find that stable monogamous relationship that we actually want since women are too busy making themselves into pump&dump fuckholes for myriads of us to use, and many of us older men have money to burn in lieu of an actual fucking family life, so fuck it. I've been in no less than two relationships with women who had nigh-extreme cases of NPD and bipolar, respectively.
