7	I don’t sleep Wow. Thanks for posting this. Feel exactly the same. 4 months after finding out about infidelity here. Cant sleep more than 4 hours. Dropped 18 pounds (about 12% of my weight) and can’t gain it back. Was chugging ensure because the thought of food nauseated me. 5 kids though so tried to keep it together for them despite her.
