Imagine typing this out, reading it and then thinking “not only do I think this, but I want other people to know.”

I’m 18 and I’m trying to learn the same thing! I would say practice home making. Cooking, cleaning, folding laundry, learning to sew, learning to make your own clothes, organizing rooms to look cozy and inviting. For me a lot of these things relate to frugality. Cooking meals from home will be cheaper and healthier (if you do it right, home cooked food can be incredibly unhealthy) for your family. Learning to sew clothes from scratch will save you money because the clothes won’t fall apart as fa…

That sounds miserable. Crazy that ideology can override our biological drives.

People love to say “all teen boys want to fuck their teachers” and it sounds just like “he was asking for it”

No, I said it’s justifiable to abort a pregnancy which seriously threatens the life or health of the mother

How does a woman’s right to be alone in her body override a child’s right to life? I like your food analogy. You have to be careful about what you eat, especially in the modern day, or you’ll get fat and sick and die prematurely. You can’t eat too much sugar or carbs if you don’t want to get fat. You can’t eat huge quantities of food if you don’t want to get fat. You can eat whatever you want if you don’t care, but our biology is hardwired to process food in certain ways, as disadvantageous as t…

we place moral value on organisms roughly proportionate to the range of experiences available to them. By this metric, moral value would seem to increase with age. A newborn can’t fend for itself and can’t really do much at all. It is nothing but burdensome for at least a few years. This logic also seems to imply that the disabled are of less moral value than the healthy. To me, each human life is of equal worth by default. A fetus will become a human if it is not interrupted, even if you don’t …

Abortion is completely immoral and should be illegal in all cases, including rape and incest. I supplement this with the belief that everyone should be armed at all times (unrealistic I know, but that’s the ideal) and a woman is completely entitled to kill someone attempting a rape against her. I hold this position on completely secular grounds. I’m happy to elaborate for anyone who wishes to engage in a polite debate. I do not consider ectopic pregnancies or anything of the like as “abortion”. …

I mean, totalitarian political views? Nazism/fascism/communism? I don’t have kids so idk but maybe. Anything else no. As long as they still value individual autonomy and all.

What’s there to snitch on?? Sexual harassment claims are a hassle for companies in the first place. Wouldn’t they be happy that he’s making it easier to sort out should anything come up?

No, it’s the principle that women date men of equal or greater status/ levels of success, and men date women of equal or lower status/ levels of success. Females (don’t want to say “women”because that makes it sound like a conscious decision) use this strategy to secure resources for their future children.

My whole goal right now is to become a housewife. I’m in my late teens, I’m single now and I live with my parents but I’m getting ready. I’m kind of practicing on my family now. I’m doing more chores and learning to cook. I have a quiche in the oven as I’m writing this. I’m spending more time with my family, cultivating better relationships with them, and focusing on enjoying my life now as it is. There’s no reason to wait until I get where I’m going to be happy. I’m also working so I can start …

I didn’t consider as a kid that I could become a stay at home mom and not cultivate a career until a few months ago. I don’t want to be independent. I want to live with family and care for them.

You can kill a man, but you can't kill an idea.
