2	How do I improve my personality Yes! Reading. It helps expose you to a lot of different subjects that you can bring into conversations or if someone is talking about it! Totally agree about talking to different types/age of people. I work with preschoolers, older coworkers, and lots of parents so I'm constantly having a variety of different conversations. 3	How do I improve my personality Do more activities or find hobbies. It'll help you branch out and discover more about different subjects. You can always bring something up from that if you're stuck. I like making people laugh so I try to find inside jokes with people I interact with on a daily basis.
