| -23 | Women in men’s bathroomsThis has been a thing for a long time.. not that I have issue with it first hand but it is certainly a double standard. At the end of the day, men pose a greater threat to women than vice versa. | /r/MensRights | 13/09/25 03:31 AM |

Alimony and “abuse”That will be next step of course. Was just curious if anyone here had an idea. Felt like getting this out, haven’t told anyone yet and this was first place I thought of to ask. | /r/MensRights | 18/04/19 02:05 AM
Alimony and “abuse”I get that. But whatever she says she won’t have evidence of anyway. I do though, but I understand how the system works unfortunately. I have 2 minutes of video of argument building up to that so I don’t see how any counter can be made but who knows. | /r/MensRights | 18/04/19 02:04 AM

Advice on avoiding or stopping female co-workers from being creepy?Well if that’s how they take it go to HR. These women aren’t stupid.. if they really do egregious shit like that they know what they are doing and if asked any reasonable person should understand and stop. But people aren’t always reasonable.. that’s what HR is for. | /r/MensRights | 28/08/18 12:40 AM
Advice on avoiding or stopping female co-workers from being creepy?good point here. document EVERYTHING and keep it safe. save any emails with hr,etc etc. | /r/MensRights | 27/08/18 11:56 PM
Advice on avoiding or stopping female co-workers from being creepy? While I don’t have exp with this type of thing and HR wouldn’t that be an even bigger risk for the company if they decide to fire someone bc they consider them a legal liability? He’d have even more grounds for a lawsuit if they fired him bc he complained about sexual harassment in the workplace. I can see them doing that if he filed numerous complaints with no substance behind them but your scenario is essentially retaliation. | /r/MensRights | 27/08/18 10:20 PM
Advice on avoiding or stopping female co-workers from being creepy?File a formal complaint to HR. I’d imagine the company has some sort of discrimination and sexual harassment policy in place but if they don’t this will get them moving. Other option is to speak to each person individually and let them know how their behavior makes you feel. Just deliver your concerns in a non aggressive and polite manner.. if they don’t react well then... go to HR. Good luck. Edit: also even if your boss has been useless in the past you can bring it up to them and see what they… | /r/MensRights | 27/08/18 10:05 PM
