I didn’t know the spread can differ between people, it affects a friend of mine but her body is very attractive still except that she complains about her cankles a lot, which admittedly they are quite large. I’ve seen great results from water assisted lipo that can permanently fix the diseased fat btw, incase you ever wanted to go that route.

Seems like you’re talking about gays/subs. Thats a seperate issue. Most gym-going men are fine jack hammering women in the bedroom. I meant masculinity as a whole. For example if you have a wife that serves all her womanly duties and you provide her safety and security you are experiencing a more masculine lifestyle than 90% of the west. She will take care of you and never say no to a reasonable request and all she expects is a guy with a normal job that wants a family. I guess it can be hard to…

Maybe in the West, the opposite is true for Middle Eastern men. Everyone plays their role and it works great most of the time. And of course masculinity is aspirational you aren’t spit out the womb a dominant warlord. You work towards it, but it seems you’re complaining of men who aren’t even on that path.
