| 1 | Will sex robots eliminate rape?Not anytime soon. Also eliminate seems too strong, unless you think the sex robots are going to almost indishtinguishable from human women/men. In which case this programming them for sex (or any job including manual labor btw) is actually morally dicey. But gain, no one is close to making a "realistic" sex robot. The stuff that is likely to come out in the next decade or two should reduce rape but will not eliminate it.
