0	19-year old guy has sex with 16-year old girlfriend. Girl's father drags him to court for kidnapping and rape. Girl says the sex was consensual. Boy gets three years for rape. Yea this shit sucks, but I have to admit, the law needs a legal demarcation point for adulthood (which includes a point the state recognizes one's ability to consent) it has to exist,and it needs to be a guideline, now granting the judging authority to review the circumstances case by case (as opposed to man min) is important as well...but hey he was 19 she was 16, dude should have been less of a moron (I was at his age)	/r/MensRights	01/02/11 07:28 AM
