Because he rants about not being nice to girls all the time. It sounds like crazy talk to me. Not at all. 3	I have concern for my girlfriend being controlled by her step brother I dunno man, its not blame her for what her brother is doing. She is participating in it, though, and she doesn't seem to think anything is wrong with it, despite ya'll being in a relationship. She is not being controlled by her stepbrother. She's able to make her own choices. Since ya'll are in a relationship and she sees nothing wrong with her texts, I see it as a major red flag and would break it off and move on.
