So 1) If your girl cheated on you, and you had a great relationship otherwise, you wouldn't want to know about it. 2) You think she would be making the smart move not to tell you.

Do you think this is the right advice for girls who have cheated on their guys, too? If you had a good thing going with a girl, and she cheated on you but you didn't know about it, would you want her girlfriend to give her the same advice? In other words, if your girl cheated on you and you had a great relationship otherwise, would you rather just not know about it?

I guess I'm the only one who initially read that as 'and found out...she is a man'?

Girls usually don't want to seem like they are sluts. That's why you get a lot of "I've never done this before" bullshit with one night stands. They want sex as bad as men do, but they don't want people to perceive them as whores, nor do they want to feel like whores. That's why they try to seem like 'nice girls'. Everyone knows Tinder is an app for hooking up.

As mentioned earlier, you don't look for something serious on Tinder. Not that it can't happen, but it's not where you want to be looking.

Yeah, actually, he does. Pay attention. He stated that the neckbeard has a chance at a pity fuck. If this guy thinks there is even a small possibility that this girl might fuck him, then blowing him on the reg for money/gifts isn't such a leap now, is it? This girl could be every bit the type of slut you described in your last sentence.

If he has money, it doesn't matter how fat he is. Women will take him more seriously than a good looking guy with no money.

I know a guy and a girl who both have a fetish for gigantic people. The guy actually was upset that his gf kept losing weight and told her if she didn't stop he would break up with her. She kept dieting and working out and he dumped her. A mutual friend who worked on his computer and saw his messages and all sorts of fat chick porn sites is how we found out.

Let's not make assumptions and underestimate neckbeard. She wouldn't tell you if she was blowing him regularly for gifts and money anyway. Some girls have no shame. At the very least this fat fuck probably has cameras set up in her bedroom and in the bathroom. Incidentally, it's definitely bothering you on some level (because you posted and also the tone of your post) so who's really the loser here? Also, a pity fuck is still a fuck, but in reality, you have no idea to what degree she is getting…

I agree with almost all of that. I'm not saying that my wife isn't capable of leaving me should I start to exhibit trends that are unattractive/beta. I'm just saying that her threshold is higher than these girls who left at the drop of a hat. It likely has a lot to do with age too. But yeah, everything you said I pretty much agree with. I'm not one of those delusional guys.

I was simply replying to the comment that recited one of the mantras of this sub, which is that AWALT. We have sex as often as I want to. Very rarely do I get denied, and only when she's legitimately not feeling well. We have sex about 3-4 times/week but we're constantly physical throughout the day with each other and I get random blowjobs regularly. I still think selection is part of it. All women may be turned off by a guy expressing neediness or vulnerability, but not all women are bitches wh…

NAWALT. My wife is not like that, nor is she like these women. Now, I am no beta bitch by any stretch, but I do open up with my wife from time to time to let her know if I'm stressed. Usually I have a handle on things and I've always come through when my back has been against the wall financially, but she supports me when I open up to her too. It's been like that throughout my 17 year marriage, right from the very beginning. These guys were just involved with the wrong women.

No reason to get all militant, just throw a vague threat, like "listen...guys look at girls and girls look at guys, it's human nature and everyone does it. Every time you pull this insecurity bit it makes me less attracted to you, I just want you to know that." - That should really be enough to squash this issue. If not, then you should seriously consider moving on as this usually doesn't get better.

No one thinks this could just be bullshit? Just to see what he'd say? I would have just laughed and said "well, you can't blame him for trying" and moved on as if it was a complete non-issue. I don't buy it for a second. In my experience, women keep that stuff to themselves when they are considering cheating. She's full of it.

People ask for advice based on their specific situation, so I give it to them. His best bet is obviously to move the fuck on, which has been mentioned by many. I was just giving him an alternative that might actually allow him to keep his gf.

OP expressed his desire to keep his girlfriend. Cheating absolutely ruins relationships, there is no doubt about that. After he acknowledges the cheating everything will be different. Anytime he stays a few minutes late at work, if he ever has to go on a business trip, if he says he's stopping by the store to pick up something on the way home...every single time it will be in the back of her mind that he might be fucking someone else. That relationship would suck...it would never be the same. Is…

You could always try this. "Listen, I didn't want to tell you this because I didn't want to hurt your friendship with her, but so-and-so has been borderline stalking me for awhile now. She's obsessed and I've told her repeatedly that I'm not interested and I'm happy with my life right now, but she won't take no for an answer. Recently she's begun threatening me, telling me that unless I sleep with her she will tell you and all of our friends that I slept with her. She's absolutely crazy. I didn'…

She's playing a game and expecting a certain reaction out of you. Expecting you to argue that you're not better than her. No different than when a girl fishes for a complement by saying something like 'I look terrible in this outfit'. I never indulge this kind of game playing, but that's just me. The situation I was talking about was worded a little differently than what you're talking about, but it's the same general idea. Ignoring her might be the best option in your case.
/r/askTRP24/12/15 07:54 AM

Yeah but this girl is saying that he can do better than her. Whether she truly feels that way or not, she's playing a game and is expecting him to tell her 'no, not at all, I think we're good together'. She wants him to make a case for their relationship and if I were him I'd have no part of it. If a girl wants to play games like that then I just throw them a curveball and agree with them. It could also work if they say that you are out of their league. Like I said, the thing is you have to comp…

I've had someone say this to me. Most of the time it's an insecurity thing. She's looking for you to validate her value. Do what the other guy said. Ignore her until she wants to hang out. If she mentions something about her text, tell her you must have missed it and move the conversation to hanging out. Alternatively, you could confront it head on. When the girl said something similar to me I just said 'Actually, I'm glad you said that because I was thinking the same thing.' That's what I've al…

She told me that she felt as though she was growing closer to her roommate and had developed feelings for her. He then continues to call her his girlfriend, talk about their relationship, etc. She told you she's developed feelings for another person. It's really no different than if she developed feelings for a guy she hung out with a lot. How this wasn't a deal breaker is beyond me. I know it's easy for me to say, but at that point he should broken up with her. I think that's a pretty good reas…

So I just watched porn with my sister-in-law, who lives with us. My wife was out. Can you fill us in a little bit on how this came about?

If it makes you feel any better my sisters are both 6 foot even and when they were dating they completely would not even consider guys who were even only a couple inches shorter than they were. They'd talk about a cute guy who was sitting down and then he'd get up and you can just see them die a little inside upon realizing he was around 5'8. Oh wait, that couldn't possibly have made you feel better. Sorry bro.

The very first time she lied to him about talking to the other guy he needed to end it. By that point their relationship was a joke anyway. I kept thinking oh, well this time he'll surely tell her to gtfo...nope.

If you're putting that much thought or energy into getting revenge on a girl then you're giving way too many shits. Unless a girl seriously fucks you over in a really bad way, they are not deserving of your hate, much less revenge. If someone fucks me over in that badly a way I take care of it the best way I can. Then I forget about it. Sometimes I just tuck the mental note away for awhile and revisit the situation at a later time. '...best served cold' and whatnot. But I very rarely let anythin…

I didn't live a lie the entire time But you died never knowing that so what difference does it make ultimately? If you're going to be a beta and accept that your wife whored out and still wins You don't get it. I wouldn't be 'accepting' anything because I wouldn't have known about it. I really don't know how I can explain it any clearer. It has absolutely nothing to do with a beta attitude, accepting surrender, or RP philosphy...I don't even know where you are getting this from. Step back from T…

If you're happy being a beta who takes such intense and life-changing deception lightly You're missing my point a bit. I wouldn't be taking anything lightly because I wouldn't know about it. Pretend we're in the identical situation...we're each 40 years old, married with one 13 year old child. Both our wives cheated on us 14 years ago and our kids really belong to the UPS guy. They have not cheated since and will never cheat again. Our marriages are, to our knowledge, great...we love our wives, …

It might not be all about guilt...she could just want out of a marriage where she no longer is attracted to her husband, but would feel guilty telling him now. She posts on that sub knowing the advice she would get would be to tell him, and it helps alleviate any bad feelings because she'll feel like she's doing the right thing. Then she gets her divorce, half his money, and can find a guy she actually wants to fuck. That's entirely possible.

most people don't prefer having the wool pulled over their eyes I get what you're saying, but I'm just looking at it as a choice A or choice B situation, and which would lead me to have a better life for myself. Doesn't there have to be some time period where you would think it worse for everyone if the cheater was to fess up? What if the kids are gone and you're both happily together and in your 60s. She cheated the one time 35 years ago and hasn't cheated since. You'd still want to know? You t…

I will tell you right now that if my wife had an affair 13 years ago and my daughter was not mine, and she hasn't cheated since then and would never cheat again, I 100% would not want to ever find out about it. What good could come from it? I love my daughter, as I'm sure this guy loves his daughter. What would I have to gain from knowing something like that? It would just turn our lives upside down. This way I would just live my life out believing everything is okay and that my daughter is mine…

This poor fuck now has to be a father to a kid he knows isn't his, yet has the emotional connection to. He's not a poor fuck at all...he's a blissfully ignorant fuck. I'm gonna play devil's advocate for a moment here. Assuming she never cheats again, and he never finds out about that affair, won't his perception of his life actually be better this way than if he had found out at any time about this affair and child? He goes on living his life...bring up the daughter he thinks is his...believing …

I started a Youtube channel in 2009 and by 2010 ten had 3 viral videos that were bringing in over $2000/month. They still bring in money but not as much (but I have other YT channels that bring in money as well). You can earn money on the internet. It's a nice supplemental income.
