I don't get it. Did you go to uni to get laid or to have a degree? In the latter case your SMV has nothing with dropping out, why does it bother you? Stopping being "a nice guy". That was a huge problem for me, as every date that I had was purely platonic, until I've read Rollo's book and found out what TRP is. It's funny that neither men nor women want to have exclusively friendly chit-chat dates, but I just didn't know that it's okay to constantly show that I'm physically interested in a girl, I thought that it could turn them off.

Well, if you don't have any plans for her - i'd say it's okay, but if you want to have sex/hang out/date her I wouldn't be that cold as it might turn her off. So if you wanted to increase your value in her eyes and show that you're abundant and not needy you could do that in a less harsh manner.

I don't get it - how come they can kick you out of uni without evidence of the rape? You definitely need to have an appointment with a lawyer. About the gym - the one in your uni is not the only one, you know that.
