Fidelity is not a protected class in the US. Assuming he’s not in Montana there is not a damn thing she can do about it. He could tell her right to her face and then laugh. Now whether that would fly with corporate HR and policy, well that idk. But there’s no discrimination suit here so whatever the reply was in the screen cap is (shockingly) wrong.

I mean it’s Dubai, not Abu Dhabi. It’s not that strict. But yeah, even the most liberal of Islamic states has its limits. You can even ignore Ramadan there...to an extent. Don’t fuck around in Abu Dhabi though. They’re Sharia.

She can, it’s called contempt of court. The best part is a judge can just lock you up “til they feel like it”. However on these TV show courts I’m not sure COC is a thing. Usually these are actually considered to be arbitrations with both parties contractually agreeing to the arbiter’s (what a cool title) decision making.

So this is accurate, there are states/countries with Duty to Retreat. I prefer my castle laws and stand your ground states personally, but duty to retreat is definitely a thing. That being said, I don’t think you should worry too much. There’s way more bloodthirsty warriors on the internet than real life. That being said, I try to show common courtesy to all people as the first step to avoiding a fight is to avoid the fight.

You have science backwards. No one is obligated to believe any sort of assertion that it’s a small percentage that are false reports without proof (the peer reviewed kind). The burden of proof is on the claims maker, not the one asking for citation.
