Realistically, can a judge require one party to address their mental health/sobriety?I don't think the bank transaction will be helpful unless it's on a card or account that only she has access to. Her lawyer could say there's no proof it was her or just her. If she was ever in trouble, like a DUI, that might help. You can bring up that you're afraid she'll drive drunk with them. The mental health issue should be fine, but I'm not sure where you're located. Your best bet is a lawyer who specializes in these questions. I really hope this works out for you. | /r/Divorce_Men | 26/08/24 12:33 AM
No more dates with girls that have no kidsNo. Never heard of it until now. Right now I think I'm too old to go on a website. I'm just working and hoping I meet someone that way. | /r/Divorce_Men | 23/08/24 02:55 PM
No more dates with girls that have no kidsMe either. I didn't have it in me to have a ONS. (No pun intended) | /r/Divorce_Men | 23/08/24 02:52 PM
No more dates with girls that have no kidsWe're around, but most of us don't use dating sites. 9/10 the guy wants a hook-up. We want the whole thing and not just for the night. Not all of us need to be married either. I could live peacefully without a piece of paper. | /r/Divorce_Men | 23/08/24 02:48 PM
No more dates with girls that have no kidsSome of us moms (smart and not crazy ones) with older kids or ones that have moved out, enjoy single dad's. If your relationship with the ex is good that's a bonus. We don't mind your kids because we don't have to raise them. | /r/Divorce_Men | 23/08/24 02:35 PM

LonelinessJust so you know there are plenty of us who want a man like you. I might be 49 but there isn't a man that I wouldn't want to...I don't think I'm allowed to say what I would like to say? 🤷♀️ | /r/Divorce_Men | 10/08/24 10:06 AM
Leaving wife, her dad is a pedophileI'm sorry to hear that. I can't believe that's how this is going to play out. He went to jail, he wasn't grounded. I can't believe that this is happening to you with either people. I'm sorry your wife is an oblivious idiot, but I hope this all works out for you. | /r/Divorce_Men | 08/08/24 11:03 AM
Leaving wife, her dad is a pedophileJesus christ. If he did time then he's a registered offender, which you can use in court for your custody. I really hope you're going to be okay? | /r/Divorce_Men | 08/08/24 10:50 AM
Am I overthinking or does this not add up. She’s cheating huhI wish you had cameras in your home. She had someone there. It'll be hard to get proof now since you questioned her about it. Act like you're over it and continue doing what you always do. Get into her phone somehow and get evidence. There will be some somewhere. Check your phone bills as well. I hope you find what you're like for. | /r/Divorce_Men | 08/08/24 06:49 AM

A Pathetic story of my life....Trust me, I know its pathetic. You haven't had a chance to let her go. She's kept you as plan b. The fall-back guy. There is nothing wrong with you except for letting her take advantage of you. Get yourself therapy. It will help and start grey rock and only talk to her about the kids through text or email. No phone calls or sex. Get tested, too, for your health. You CAN do this. One foot in front of the other. | /r/Divorce_Men | 07/08/24 03:54 PM
A Pathetic story of my life....Trust me, I know its pathetic.Keep being a great Dad, but please walk away from the dumpster fire. You can and will find someone but not while she is in your life other than for your kids. Re-read your post, and if you read this from another man, what would you say? I understand you have history, but I'm sure you also now have high blood pressure as well. And even if you don't take anyone's advice, please don't marry her again. | 3 | What are some if the red flags in the beginning of the relationship that you missed? That's in chapter 1, page 3. It's called how to hurt you even more. Page 5 is to find new victim and start over while rubbing it in your ex's face. 😅 sorry if I went too far. | /r/Divorce_Men | 06/08/24 07:44 PM

What are some if the red flags in the beginning of the relationship that you missed? Those are the ones to block from here. All of you have things you're going through at home. You don't need some woman on here doing/saying the same things. This is your safe space. | /r/Divorce_Men | 06/08/24 07:31 PM
What are some if the red flags in the beginning of the relationship that you missed? That is a playbook that manipulative and narcissistic women like to use. There is also a divorce playbook. I don't know why they do these things, but it's starting to make some of us look bad and be grouped together. Some men are love bombed in the beginning and start to think they'll never find someone better. That's page 1 of the book. Page 1 of the divorce playbook is hurt him. I'm sorry that any of you are going through this. | /r/Divorce_Men | 06/08/24 07:24 PM

Different Parenting ValuesYou are doing a great job. Just keep reminding yourself that. With how you described your child's crying and emotions, maybe see if you can get her or all of your kids into counseling. It helps especially us kids of divorce. | /r/Divorce_Men | 06/08/24 03:42 AM
Different Parenting ValuesYou're doing great as a father. Keep recording everything, even conversations with your kids, so she can't say, "This child said you said differently than me." If she acts like this, they won't live with her for long, and they'll eventually go NC, and she'll still try to blame you even when they're 30. I don't know why women do this to you men. But this is the person they've hid from you since the day you met. Now, they have no reason to hide anymore. I'm sorry you have to go through this and I'… | /r/Divorce_Men | 06/08/24 03:07 AM
How Women Treat Single Dads are WorkI've seen this and it's because his ex decided to talk to his boss. Word got around (her version), and nobody questioned him about what she said. He was getting treated like you, so he finally complained to the boss, and that's when he found out what was happening. The boss didn't take it seriously because she was the ex, but a supervisor happened to be there when she complained, and he started the rumors. My friend went to HR, and some people came forward, and the supervisor lost his job. | /r/Divorce_Men | 06/08/24 02:28 AM
What are some if the red flags in the beginning of the relationship that you missed?Gentlemen, some other red flags.. Too clingy, needs to be, and know where you are at all times. Doesn't want to be intimate after a few dates even though she has a large body count 1) Still has someone on the side or 2) Still on antibiotics from her last STD (this is something that never gets talked about) She says she's on the pill. Ask what kind. Plus, that just means she raw dogs everyone. Talks about kids and wants to only be a SAHM (very large red flag) Ultimatums about anything Can't hold … | /r/Divorce_Men | 06/08/24 01:55 AM
Is your new girlfriend way better than your ex wife? There's someone out there for you, but sometimes men don't realize a woman is interested unless she asks for your number. Some of us are forward with things like that, and the rest of them are red flags. | /r/Divorce_Men | 06/08/24 12:30 AM
To the newcomers here, listen to this closely.I'm Canadian and not sure where you're from or if you could do this but my ex sold all his "toys" (lawyer said he could) for a dollar each to his friends and brother. He split it in half his ex got $3. His name was on everything but it was bought with "marital money." | /r/Divorce_Men | 05/08/24 03:11 AM
I hate thisDoes she not realize that you both get half? You'll find out by lawyer or accountant how much she really has. Does she not realize she'll get half your debts, too? Does she realize that trying to bleed you dry is just taking away the money she wants to get from you? Why are these women so stupid? Please get cameras and keep your phone camera ready. The domestic crap should be coming soon. It's like they have a playbook they follow. They're all easy to figure out their next moves. Good luck, Edit… | /r/Divorce_Men | 31/07/24 08:34 AM
What to do with mementosMy ex cut her out of every picture and sent them all to her saying here's your half. The rest of her cards and letters etc he had an "im free" party and burned everything. He kept a handful for his kids for when they're older. Edit spelling | /r/Divorce_Men | 25/07/24 01:47 PM
direct deposits, joint accounts, before divorce is settledYes the "abuse" can't forget about that can we. Did you tell her no for once and that's how came to call it abuse? Haha I'm talking to a friend right now who's wife seems to be heading in that direction. Told him to ignore her but if she gets confrontational to start recording with his phone. What is wrong with these women? | /r/Divorce_Men | 25/07/24 01:01 PM
direct deposits, joint accounts, before divorce is settledDoes she realize that you'll get half of what's in her bank when this is done? Or is she stupid like my exes ex wife? She was putting her money in her account and living off a CC that she paid with joint funds. She didn't like the outcome when she was told she needed to show what she had and that he'd get his share. Good luck, and I guess follow your attorneys advice Edit spelling | /r/Divorce_Men | 25/07/24 11:15 AM
Why does she keep asking me to hang out with her and the kids? She just realized she couldn't do this on her own. Kids take up a lot of her "me" time. Next time say "sorry I have to get an oil change and need to fix (your choice)."""We can still go with you and maybe get lunch?" This is where you do your best fake chuckle and say."You never wanted to do this before. Why now?" Her reaction will be okay. Well, come over later, or where are you really going? | 6 | Talk Me Out Of It BoysPlease don't. As soon as you say I'll dump my girlfriend, she'll wait until you do, then say never mind. Don't let her hurt you again even if you think it's better for your children. You have to remember the person she became as well as remembering what caused the divorce, then think about how that makes you feel. She doesn't care she just wants you to be miserable. I learned the hard way just that the roles were reversed. Good luck | /r/Divorce_Men | 25/07/24 06:18 AM
She has HIVNo offense but yes it does sound like she cheated. For sure before your 4 year old was born which also means you need to DNA test your youngest. You've been living with a lie for 4 years, and will never tell you unless you start with the threats. Lawyer says, divorcing you that and you'll make her take a polygraph. She might start singing. Good luck and be safe | /r/Divorce_Men | 21/07/24 10:06 PM
Red flags in possible future wives!Sometimes, yes, it's not a good sign. For example, you have things you always do and have always done religiously, and she wants to spend time with you. How she responds to that will show how she will act every time. If she "says okay, message me later," but then messages you constantly while you're out, not good. " OK, message me later," and you get crickets, good sign. Or "do you really need to go when we can spend time together", not good. | – | Small winJesus. BPD and narcissistic. She sounds like my mother, and that's why I left at 16. I've raised my daughter completely different from how I was raised. Just finish school get a job worry about little things later. Safe to say no teen pregnancy, and she has degrees in like 3 things, but her and her husband so drywall together. Your kids will run to you the second they're of age to leave, and she'll have no one to blame but herself. My heart goes out to you and your children. 💙 | /r/Divorce_Men | 21/07/24 05:54 AM
Small win50/50 if fine as long as she doesn't pull shit and try to withhold them. Your oldest will probably end up at your house in the end. She'll end up hating her mother. It happens all the time. How long until you never have to see or deal with her again? Kids age wise? | /r/Divorce_Men | 21/07/24 05:20 AM
Small winThat's a relief to read that. But make sure you keep them on your kids, too. I hope you get what you want in the end, and I hope you don't lose too much. | /r/Divorce_Men | 21/07/24 05:05 AM
Small winI hope everything works out for you. She's the kind of person right now to just throw herself down and say you did it. Even keep your phone camera on when you're not in the viewing area and let her know its on. My ex needed me to testify that he wasn't a dangerous person because his ex was behaving like yours is. I don't like when women get like this, especially when there's no reason to. | /r/Divorce_Men | 21/07/24 04:57 AM
Small winDon't let her turn those off. If she's being abusive, either verbal or psychically, you will need that for your lawyer. And even if that's not what she's doing, the last thing you want her to do is talk trash about you and lie and say you abuse her. The kids don't know what games she's playing. And get a few other cameras in places you could potentially be confronted in outside of common area. Good luck. My ex went through this, and she pulled the same crap on him that your STBX is doing. | /r/Divorce_Men | 21/07/24 04:34 AM

Red flags in possible future wives! Also, if you're dating and she tells you, she wants X number of kids and to be a SAHM walk away. You didn't bust your ass for her to stay at home on her ass playing on her phone, calling it "our" money that she constantly spends on Amazon or wherever Wants to move in right away means she wants you to pay and so she can see and control what you do If you want to get married go for it but I'd settle for a LTR without the documents | /r/Divorce_Men | 21/07/24 02:31 AM

Cheating WifeJesus women are real quick to suck all the money and life from someone they "love." (I am a woman, but that's how I feel). I really hope she doesn't create more problems for you, and I really hope she doesn't do anything to your vehicle. I really hope you get everything settled soon. | /r/Divorce_Men | 20/07/24 12:36 AM
Cheating WifeSorry you are going through this. No kids? I'm guessing there is no joint account or anything that will delay your divorce? It always amazed me with how a person can go from one day they love you to leave and move out!? It might hurt right now, but it will get better. I know it's cliche, but it's true. Good luck, and stay strong Edit spelling | /r/Divorce_Men | 20/07/24 12:17 AM

Strategizing a DivorceIf she's worried about appearance and having people know, get as much as you can from the PI. | 2 | The new guyI always tried to pick my battles but as a redhead my attitude didn't want to hear it lol my ex and I are good friends now but it took a couple years to have the "we used to like each other" talk. It doesn't happen for everyone, and I got lucky. One thing I can honestly say is that he was and is a very good father. Your boys see you for who you are and how you treat/love them. | 1 | The new guyTo be honest, it sounds like he might be using her. I've seen it happen. My ex and I have the same thoughts with not wanting to date someone with kids younger than ours. I've also watched my ex get more Dad time because his xw wanted to spend more time with her older guy. That could work in your favour, too. Sounds like you're a great Dad, so keep up the good work. I didn't know either, and maybe it was because I didn't think it would ever happen to me. I left and did my own therapy because I knew he'd just lie throughout the counseling. As a mother, I'm going to say DNA test your baby, but it's up to you if you want to look at the results. Find out what a lawyer says about telling the OBS and when to do it. | 7 | Update: TRO against her denied. Where to go from here? How the hell is this allowed? If it was her trying to protect the kids, someone would help. Half these women lie about it during the divorce, and it's getting ridiculous. You guys need support, too. | /r/Divorce_Men | 15/07/24 09:45 PM
Update: TRO against her denied. Where to go from here?Do you have cameras in your home in case she does pull the DV card? I mean, if it was to escalate, do you think she'd hit herself or things like that? If so, you wouldn't have time to pull out your phone and say I'm going to record this. There would be no evidence, and this would be hard to fight in court. I still don't understand why no one would try to help protect your children when you have evidence. | 3 | Did you ex change her name back and if so did that bother you? Because it did for me.I wish my mother would have changed it to her maiden name, but nope, that (bad word) kept it until she remarried. | 2 | A heads up to you older fellas wanting to dip your toes in the online dating poolThose days are not completely gone. I prefer it to the online approach. I don't care if I'm with people or by myself. If you can talk ,I'll listen. I'll talk to anyone who starts a conversation. A lot of the above I agree with, but mostly because I hear about it from other women. They think they are above all, but I know the truth about them. | /r/Divorce_Men | 04/07/24 01:26 PM

He did, and she called the next day and said she needed something from it. He told her where it was, then started a fight with him and hung up. She went and took pictures of the stuff, called the cops and he was charged for destruction of personal property. $3000 is what she claimed it was worth (it wasn't). Or you could very well just not want to be married and have a hard time not wanting to break her heart. | 3 | Half a fucking million.Jesus. I hope the btch chokes. That's uncalled for. She doesn't deserve sht ( not sure if I'm allowed to swear). I'm sorry you have to deal with this. To OP anyone else, never let them be a SAHM or otherwise. Once they have a say or whatever is going on in your bank account, it's over. I'm sorry this is happening to you, and I wish it wasn't. | /r/Divorce_Men | 10/06/24 10:20 AM |
Am I the only one getting spam messaged by call girls on this sub?I commented on this sub before and had women chat me up. I don't know if they actually read my name or just thought I'd go with the flow? Either way, it took less than 10 minutes to ask for money. lol 🤷♀️ good luck, gentleman | /r/Divorce_Men | 08/06/24 04:31 AM
Wife is leaving meOmg don't sign anything unless your lawyer says so. You could have just signed away your rights and anything else. Get a lawyer and have that fixed. I know this sucks but get a lawyer yesterday. Do not wait any longer. | /r/Divorce_Men | 07/06/24 05:49 AM
Late 30s dating...oof🤣 ya I see your point. Some women are no better | /r/Divorce_Men | 04/06/24 12:42 PM
STBX already seeing someoneYa I'll delete it. Besides the moving places I think I just let my (almost) same experience bleed through. It was like a flash back and I was not being very sympathetic. | /r/Divorce_Men | 04/06/24 03:03 AM
Late 30s dating...oofThat's how I feel. I work a lot, so I'm not trying to find someone, but if it happens, so be it | /r/Divorce_Men | 03/06/24 11:35 PM
Late 30s dating...oofSome of us prefer a man who is divorced with kids if we're in the same place in life. There is no need for more kids, and some of us would prefer just having a relationship that doesn't involve another marriage. The living situation doesn't need to happen right away, and it could wait for quite some time. Both need space and a place to go before meeting each other's kids. I'd say stay away from dating apps because they're all crazy and just looking for a man with money who they can baby trap. Ju… | /r/Divorce_Men | 03/06/24 09:10 PM
STBX already seeing someoneSorry to say this while you are hurting, but you do realize they were having an affair, and she had you move back to continue this because he told her he was leaving his wife. Whether it was emotional or physical to begin with, you don't know, and she will never confess to it. It took 4 days to tell you she wanted out. She could have done that when you moved. This isn't new, but they both have to play it off that way for you and his wife. You're still married. This is technically cheating. Talk … | /r/Divorce_Men | 03/06/24 07:58 PM
SAH Wife wants Divorce and wants to move the kids out of stateGet a lawyer fast. You don't want your kids to leave, and she's going to have to get a job anyway. DO NOT let her leave she will tell the kids you abandoned them, and that's why they moved. Also, even though she says she won't take your money, she will, and then you would be paying for kids you'd never see. Get a lawyer like yesterday, and don't let her guilt you into taking them. She's lying about something, and it smells like an affair. | /r/Divorce_Men | 02/06/24 11:38 PM
Wife cyber stalking some out of state dude...As a woman, I'll say that if she is doing this, she's already gone. The thing is that if she starts stalking him more and it ends badly, like he doesn't want anything to do with her and calls the cops for harassment it'll lead right to your doorstep. Get her out soon, but be careful and don't baby trap yourself. Good luck Edit. Sorry for intruding on your sub | /r/Divorce_Men | 02/06/24 05:12 AM
Money Making after child SupportYa, sorry. They got used to a certain man's paycheck and assumed they would never have to work because he was slaving while she was sitting on her ass spending it. And telling him what he could and couldn't do with his money. I always tell men not to let them quit their job to be a SAHM/W. | /r/Divorce_Men | 21/05/24 06:33 PM
Money Making after child SupportDo what my ex did, tell her that the more she wants the less she'll get because the kids get it for an education and if she wants to be the bad guy and ruin there education she can tell them. If you have to sell or buy her out you can use that for education again or slip it in on as clild support. Also tell her it's better if we split the costs between our houses. You pay for them at your house and I'll pay at mine, extra curricular and medical you split. I'm not sure if I missed anything but I … | /r/Divorce_Men | 21/05/24 07:25 AM
Should I post something...Everyone who knows the two of you knows the truth. Let her dig a hole unless she goes to far then have your lawyer go after her. Don't post anything until your divorce is finalized and even then keep being the better person and just post here where you have support. Good luck and keep being a great dad | /r/Divorce_Men | 20/05/24 07:16 PM
Getting divorcedPlease talk to a lawyer ASAP! Look online and see what you will need and what you might be entitled to. Your lawyer will help you, but if she's still in her affair fog, you might have a better chance of getting her to agree with what you want. If she's all about looking good to people, she won't want you to cause a scene. That might help, too. But get a lawyer fast. I'm not a lawyer, just someone who is tired of men getting shit on. Good luck | /r/Divorce_Men | 15/05/24 02:43 PM
How to pay for a lawyer and separate financially? My ex removed his direct deposit from the joint to another account it helped when he went for his divorce. Get it out now, dont procrastinate or itll disappear. She will have people telling her what she should do to get everything, which means get a lawyer yesterday. When she gets the divorce papers, she will either be extremely pissed or too into her affair fog. If it's the latter, it might go a bit smoothly. If she starts with, I'll get a lawyer to bleed you dry, tell her the more you give the… | /r/Divorce_Men | 13/05/24 07:40 PM
Getting the SnipI'm not speaking on behalf of all women but about 50% of us find it better to date someone who is snipped. Takes alot of pressure of our minds and let's us enjoy sex alot more. Someone is out there for you! | /r/Divorce_Men | 12/05/24 11:12 PM
It’s go timeThey "feel" like going crazy They "feel" like ruining a man's life They "feel" entitled and it's all bullshit! | /r/Divorce_Men | 02/05/24 12:56 AM
It’s go timeThank you for clarifying. I wasn't sure about the money part. | /r/Divorce_Men | 02/05/24 12:50 AM
It’s go timeIs there a way to get her for theft? She's going to get in shit for that in a divorce either way, but seriously wtf is wrong with all these women? With all the threats you have from her on texts I'd call the police first before she does or she'll claim domestic and you'll be even more f**ked! Good luck | /r/Divorce_Men | 01/05/24 07:57 PM
Instigate her losing houseYou can also try the "we used to be friends and we need to show the kids that we can talk and not fight" crap. My ex did a bit of that to get the idea that she's losing money into her thick skull. I tried to warn him, but what do I know? Lol, hopefully, you can get it written up for a trust, that could help get the situation over and done with. I hope she doesn't have any ex-wife friends because those bitches will put thoughts in her head. Good luck, and keep us posted | /r/Divorce_Men | 01/05/24 01:55 AM
Instigate her losing houseIf you can do what my ex did to his ex-wife who had inherited as well, he told her I want to keep it for the kids I don't want to sell. They had approximately $100,000 left. He said I can pay child support and alimony out of that, and you won't have to pay anything for a house you own. Told her some other crap about how that meant she'd be living the good life etc she finally agreed because he also told her that the more they spend on a lawyer is more money, she'll never get. Maybe she was stupi… | /r/Divorce_Men | 30/04/24 09:18 PM
Should Mom stay in my girls life?I would be concerned that she will show up somewhere and take your kids. If you can move closer to your family you should. Tell your babies she's working or anything that involves having to be gone. Good luck and I hope everything works out. Updateme | /r/Divorce_Men | 24/04/24 02:05 PM
Fiance and her exI've seen this first hand and they were amicable but it soon changed to what you're describing. I found out later that the need to chat was because her new bf wasn't there and him calling on the way to work was because I wasn't there. The I have to drop stuff off turned out to be them cheating. I'm not saying it's 100% what's happening with you but maybe do some digging. Good luck. | /r/Divorce_Men | 27/03/24 04:17 AM
Started Discovery - How do I print 5 years worth?Yes you can do it at staples. I did. Ran out of ink and had to get more paper so I asked where can I print stuff. Still did more at home too. | /r/Divorce_Men | 24/03/24 04:27 AM
recording dropoffsBring a friend or family member, maybe she'll stop. She might not want to look like an asshole in front of them. | /r/Divorce_Men | 19/03/24 12:41 AM
Technically not married, but in need of advice..If the house is in your name you shouldn't be the one moving out. Maybe you should still get a lawyers opinion even though you're not married. If she doesn't have a job she should start looking for one because like you said you can't live on that. She had 2 years of separation to get her ducks in a row. I understand being amicable but now you're going to be the bad guy when you disagree with paying everything. Good luck and I hope someone else might be able to help you with this. | /r/Divorce_Men | 09/03/24 05:33 AM
I'm just tired and over this whole situation (divorced/custody)Idk where you are but a smart judge will make sure that this is taken care of. Sadly you will have to pay so you don't end up in jail so your baby doesn't lose you. I know that this is complete bullshit but contact CPS and let them know what is going on. Please don't let your baby lose the only person that cares. | /r/Divorce_Men | 03/03/24 09:52 AM
MI - My ex is dating a convicted sexual predatorIn other words because it's not an underage female they're not going to help. You can keep pushing your concerns on anyone who listen and help. Ask for more visitation for a piece of mind knowing he's not going to be there all the time. I really hope this works out for you. | /r/Divorce_Men | 03/03/24 04:43 AM
MI - My ex is dating a convicted sexual predatorIf your lawyers first words are there's nothing he can do call others or even the police department might have ideas. I really hope someone helps you. She's obviously blind and would rather listen to a convict who claims to found God but they do that for good behavior and an early release. I'm petty enough to go to the website and put the house on the map. | /r/Divorce_Men | 03/03/24 03:27 AM
LonelyApps are where the crazy people are. You need you time and time for your daughter. Everything else will fall into place when it's supposed to happen. Keep your head up, you seem to have a good head on your shoulders. Lots of love and luck to you. | /r/Divorce_Men | 01/03/24 02:47 AM

Hitting the grateful stage of divorceI'm really happy for you. It's always nice to hear this after a divorce. Your kids are lucky to have a father like you. | 3 | Am I doing the right thing to get my ex out of my life. Advice please. If it's not in anything you had to deal with lawyer wise, don't answer the phone or door to her and keep your dog. Is your name on anything at the vets? If not, don't worry about it if it is go change it. (I don't know if that is illegal? I'm just saying it), but you need to get away from her before she does more damage to you. Good luck. | /r/Divorce_Men | 27/02/24 02:28 PM
Is Getting Married in the US that bad?You would have to be crazy to continue with this relationship let alone get married. Run fast, move if you have to. Change your number but for the love of whatever God you believe in RUN!! As a woman I'm telling you she's lazy, crazy and will fuck you over in the blink of an eye. I hope you take the advice given in this sub. | /r/Divorce_Men | 25/02/24 08:08 PM
Wife confessed to affairyes, definitely tell your mom you need her to keep the house for you. Lying cheating bitch doesn't deserve anything. Make sure you are divorced before you put your name on it. | /r/Divorce_Men | 21/02/24 02:14 PM

Contempt hearing next weekObviously that person needs to be aware of the situation your ex is putting on your daughter. It's not CPS so she shouldn't tell her she could be taken away. | /r/Divorce_Men | 03/02/24 07:41 PM
Contempt hearing next weekI'm not sure what GAL . Can your lawyer mention that she's manipulating your daughter with that? | /r/Divorce_Men | 03/02/24 07:22 PM
Contempt hearing next weekMost girls grow up to hate our mothers because of the things your ex is doing. Does your daughter know why you are divorced? She's old enough to know some of the story and old enough for her to know her mom "won't" be in trouble. Explain to her why it's wrong. If you've already been down this road with not much luck, give it time. | /r/Divorce_Men | 03/02/24 07:09 PM
Contempt hearing next weekI'm sorry. How old is your daughter? She will figure it out soon about her mother. She's afraid now but it won't last. | /r/Divorce_Men | 03/02/24 06:44 PM
Contempt hearing next weekBest of luck. I hope you get everything you need, and I hope your daughter will be okay. Can you ask for therapy for her, or is that something that was shut down in the beginning? (Your ex, not you) | /r/Divorce_Men | 03/02/24 05:12 AM
Why do women like to see us suffer even when they are the ones that chose to leave ?Because women are fucking crazy. (Ya, I'm a woman blah blah) I never take what a woman says at face value. It's always a man's fault (not) if I happen to know her I will know the truth of course but if I don't know them it's like sure he did and you weren't the problem at all. It's always he did this and didn't do that any sane person can see through the lies. I don't trust women at all. | /r/Divorce_Men | 31/01/24 01:37 PM
Men seem to get more harsh judgment cast on them when they want to file for divorce. They always want more. They are greedy and selfish. I'm Canadian so I'm not sure what you have to go through. Bitches and their custody is what pisses me off the most. Can't get a job and support the kids but want to milk the father for all he's worth. The courts need to get their shit together because so many fathers are being screwed over. It's ridiculous at what happens to men that are doing a great job as a father | /r/Divorce_Men | 28/01/24 12:00 PM
Men seem to get more harsh judgment cast on them when they want to file for divorce.Everytime I see some woman bitching about leaving its always the same shit in the comments "leave and take everything". It pisses me off as a woman. Most of them lie about everything. If a woman is abused, just leave and go from there. If he cheats, it's still no reason to "take him to the cleaners." They are bitter and only tell what he does and not how shes a bitch all day long. They only think of money and hurting someone they supposedly "love." Also, I've been kicked off a few subs for sayin… | /r/Divorce_Men | 28/01/24 03:03 AM

| 1 | How did you deal with false accusationsI know I probably shouldn't be here, but I'm trying to get my ex to see your stories to relate to his experience, but the man is stubborn, so I tell him instead. We have a daughter together and split up 23 yrs ago, but we stayed good friends. ( I know it doesn't happen as much as it should) She put him through so much and lied so much about him that I wanted to beat the crap out of her.
