I see a lot of people here always suggest "never talk to anyone, don't bother anyone, be invisible so that you don't get accused of anything", I honestly think this is the wrong move. I am extremely social at work and I try to form small bonds with anyone there (granted, I have great coworkers which is a luxury many people don't have), and the result is that were a false accusation were to happen, so many people would know that it was false. Dude, we live in real life. Things need to get done, a tap on the shoulder is not some egregious act. It doesn't really matter if that's your preferred method of having your attention drawn, there are a million and one more important things in this world and expecting people to cater extremely timidly and patiently to your preferences is entitled, rude, and impractical.

Stop having sex with people you don't trust. This won't solve ALL cases, but I think it would help prevent many of them. I'm sorry for the victims out there regardless.
