Not to make this too lengthy, but women are wired to spend. I think endorphins flow with a purchase. She gets the thrill of the purchase. She bought a bicycle. I said are you going to use it? She said of course. Was used twice in 4 years. She buys stuff for projects and they sit around for months, even years. Good point. I never understood this.

Who once blocked inter-racial marriages & still blocks gay marriage to this day by issuing licenses? - The Government Yeah, but it was private individuals and institutions who denied people employment and education, who performed lynchings, etc. Government had nothing to do with that, but the force of law has gone a long way toward ending these practices.

As a young (24) guy who studied engineering at university, I can name several guys who got degrees in math-related fields (physics, engineering, CS) who are either STILL looking for a job or are working at jobs they are way overqualified for.
