| 1 | Crazy Personal Improvement Challenges - any suggestions?I have so far read Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway and The Subtle Art of Not Giving A Fuck, currently reading No More Mr Nice Guy, on the list is Models, What Everybody Is Saying, The Slight Edge, The Way of the Superior Man and Practical Female Psychology for the Practical Man. It'll take me a while to get through them all but I aim for 1 hour reading on weekdays and 2 hours on Sat and Sun. | /r/askTRP | 12/02/18 06:34 PM |
| 1 | Crazy Personal Improvement Challenges - any suggestions? Thanks for the suggestion on the book, I'll have a read. And cheers for the advice, I'll be taking some more time over the internal stuff. | /r/askTRP | 08/02/18 07:59 PM |
| 1 | Crazy Personal Improvement Challenges - any suggestions?I am quite skinny at the moment, I lost a stone plus at the back end of last year so this will be putting it back on plus some for a cut towards the end of March. The deadlines are generally arbitrary but I find a concerted, focused initial push (6 weeks here) has been beneficial with other habits/skills. | /r/askTRP | 08/02/18 07:46 PM |
